They were seriously short staffed today and really struggling to keep up. They probably should have put a note on the door and... taken a time out to get caught up on basic supplies, food prep, cleaning up, etc. Hopefully they get fully staffed and can moreadequately represent the Panera brand. These guys do a great job of taking care of their customers, but don't go during lunch. I waited 30 minutes for a take out... order. And like I said, they were working like mad; there's just that much demand. Read more
My family and I ate here on 8/14. Service was good. Food was mediocre. My daughter's roast beef sandwich was overcooked. My... son's mac-and-cheese was ok. My flatbread pizza was made with a largely-tasteless tomato sauce and cheese that did not tastelike mozzarella. More importantly, two of us got sick (diarrhea) within 8 hours of eating there. Very clean and comfortable. It was a little tricky finding it. For lunch I had a tuna fish sandwich.
Eat at this location if you enjoy an entire staff of children with attitudes of the grinch serving you. The entire time I... ordered, waited on, and received my food I received condescending looks and responses. The food is already over priced forwilted lettuce and a horribly throw together sandwich, but when I?m in a pinch and don?t have another option I?d like to notfeel incredibly uncomfortable from the time I walk in to the time I leave. This location needs to do better at hiring qualityemployees. I will be finding somewhere else to stop when I?m in a hurry until they fix this issue. Read more
I wouldn?t have gave such a low score, but unable to get a hold of anyone to help resolve. They forgot an item, that I paid... for. It doesn?t appear on 11-19, there?s a manager on duty since no one is answering the phone for an hour straight at 8pm.Really expect to have a higher standard since you pay so much for the food.
