Well doors were locked even when there were the obvious regulars inside enjoying the thereselfs. Call me crazy but I feel the... dining room should be ok to use for everyone! Walked in and we were the only ones in there. We ordered and in the meantime more customers came in. Two drive thru were walked... out and 6 customers received their food. I walked up and asked and they said the the double monster was taking so long. 10 moreminutes later we asked for our money back and left. Bad experience. They didn't even apologize. Read more
I must be the luckiest guy today. I got a Frisco and just the Frisco sandwich this morning and couldn't believe I seen it... *(GREEN MOLD)* on my bun! Yuck! The customer service of course was lacking too, the lady running the window passing us the foodwith no word, and when we brought it back they didn't seem surprised. The manager, comes up and asks what the problem was, Iexplained that there was mold on the burger and, she of course was getting a big NO on remaking the sandwich, she getsfrustrated fumbling with the poorly maintained equipment before passing by card back again with no word after it's been refundedonto the card. I couldn't remember if I had gotten sick from this location before? But after this visit. I will not be back. Read more
Food was cold, bun for my roast beef sandwich was really soggy & onion rings were not even warm, seemed like they had been... sitting for a while. The people in front of us had waited 25 min for their food! Employees standing around, seemed like theydidn't know what was going on. Read more
Will never eat here again. I went in 2 weeks ago on Friday. Was the only person in the restaurant, 3 employees decided it was... better to discuss their days with each other instead of taking my order, this was for a solid 3 minutes, until one of theworkers spent 30 seconds at the front registers digging in her nose to adjust her nose ring(in front of a customer), and thenwent directly to serving food at the drive thru without washing her hands, I left as quickly as I could. Hire more workers or discuss with current ones the value of being FAST food. I waited 15 minutes and no one even talked to me or... took my order. Left without ordering. Others here were experiencing the same and waiting a long time for their food afterordering. If can?t keep up make changes as this is called fast food. Not happy with the service and will go elsewhere for betterservice. Read more
Kyle took my order of BBQ chicken sandwich and onion rings. After a good wait I was handed a bag with a chicken club and curly... fries. No napkins either. Have enjoyed every single Hardee?s except this one. Workers seem to lack effort and a good attitudehere, especially that bum Kyle. Read more
