First time we visit with my husband Nation Restaurant in Moraga, I always take the time to check the customer service ???????... and food of course ????????????? But customer service is very important if you want enjoy a good time. Because although the foodis delicious, if the customer service is bad, we will not return. On this occasion, we had an excellent time in thesefacilities, the food was delicious, hmmm my French Toast the best in the bay area. Let's say I'm a fan of them. And thecustomer service was very excellent, the lady in front was Rina and the others that I could see were Alma and Noemi. (I alwaysask names if I can) I am sorry for those who have had a bad experience in this place, I describe mine and it was excellent andwe plan to return because we had a good time here. Read more
Absolutely delicious salmon burger...w/all the accouterments and so fresh tasting. The apple pie was great..the. service a... little slow but I think they were shorthanded. Nice people behind the counter, too! Read more
Was doing a delivery for doordash there was three people waiting and nothing was getting done after lady wait 5 minutes she... finally came over and asked what the name was for one of the customer as soon as she gave the name the bag that has been sittingthere for 5 minutes was given to her. Finally she asked what name I had I told her she walked off and said nothing can't standfor poor service. Also can't stand for very very very slow service I only had a cheeseburger with literally nothing on it andcries and then waiting for 10 minutes can't handle that kind of service unbelievably slow with nobody here at all. This is the best simple, diner food around. I had a cheese omelet..no meat and my husband had a grilled cheese sandwich..no... 'works' and we both shared a slice of peach pie...everything was sooo good! Highly recommend.. Read more
Still good, but getting a little expensive. Fries are smaller (too small, and there's only one size).
