I feel like I've got the best secret with this place! It used to be a Chinese restaurant but has new owners and new Japanese,... and some Chinese, food. My kid loves the shrimp tempura. It comes with tempura vegetables which i watched them HAND DIP andfreshly fry. The sauce is fresh made in store and delicious! Jenny is sweet, friendly, knowledgeable and energetic. Very clean restaurant with a truly wonderful and kind hearted staff, my server was a lovely women who helped us very quickly... while also still making it a personal experience. She explained the tree design on our plate and what each sauce was and alsogave her personal opinions on what was her favorites. Osaka's food is excellent. They have their own creative and delicious original appetizers in addition to Japanese and Chinese... classics. Their sushi is consistently good, with a wide menu of both special and basic rolls. The hot food has also impressedme, I've ordered teriyaki beef and it was cooked a perfect medium rare. They have a great selection of authentic noodle dishesincluding ramen, udon, yaki soba, and lo mein. The only thing Osaka lacks is atmosphere. It's a new restaurant in need of moredecor, but the service is quick and friendly if you do eat in, which is the best way to experience their fried fare. Do yourselfa favor and give Osaka a try. Coming here was a good choice. It was an excellent experience, thanks to Jenny!! She gave me a lot of information about the... food, and she took me through the menu to show me some of the other items I may like and should try. I felt very welcomed!Great Service!! Everything was clean, and I felt very safe according to State guidelines. Today I chose my tried and true, oldschool flavor taste, which was a sesame chicken. It was hot and very fresh, with a great sweet sauce and taste! It was also alarge portion size. For a little extra I was able to add the flavorful hibachi rice instead of white rice. Highly recommend! I got the spicy crispy tuna and the amazing roll and both were excellent! Especially recommend the spicy... crispy tuna which is one of the best things I have EVER eaten.
