Got the Whole order wrong, 2 times and that was us having to wait over 25min. Not to even mention we were the only people in... there. The managers reasoning (excuse) was that they were under staffed, this was at 4 in the afternoon, 6 employees alreadythere with 4 coming while we ate our food, and one person came in after we received our food, thus wasn't in prime dinner orlunch hour. The fact of the matter without going into the novel was the lady taking our order (Ashlynn, from what the receiptsaid) just straight up didn't listen, she obviously was to busy in her head and worried about more than our three items. Fromstart to finish not one thing was done properly. Unacceptable, period. For our troubles with this ordeal the manager came overand ordered 20% off our order. Read more
I was expecting more fries for 4.99. I normally get at least double this amount.
Horrible service. We walked in and sat down. It took 15 min for someone to come to us. This is after a few servers looked our... way. Finally someone came to us. Asked if we needed a menu. I said yes and wanted 4 waters. About 15 minutes later we get themenu and 4 waters. We order our food. Probably 45 minutes later we finally get our food. Coney dogs were cold. Our order waswrong. I didn?t say anything because I didn?t want to wait another 45 min. I went up to pay because I didn?t get my check(because I never got it) and the server apologized saying they?re busy. But explain why all the cooks and servers were standingaround laughing and leaning on the countertop? Also, two gentlemen came in a while after we sat down and they got their food afew seconds after we did. And our server had an air bud in. Very unprofessional. Read more

Veggie chili just leaves off the meat. A meat substitute would be better (like Gold Star) but it is still delicious. Server was... perfect in every way. Certainly ample portions! Read more
