Absolutely dissatisfied! We thought 3rd times a charm I am sure we won't have any issues this time but I was wrong. First time... we ordered there and it wasn't busy. They "forgot" our order and we already waited 40 mins for the 2 large pep pizza. They madeus wait another hour for our pizzas. The second time, exact same time and again we waited over an hour. 3rd time again theycouldn't find our order and they said an hour an a half wait. We were waiting 40 mins already. Morden Boston pizza sucks. Oh andthey never offered anything like a discount or free side dish or anything. Read more
Waited for 30 man mutes for a drink. Waited another 30 minutes for my calamari! Calamari was gross I didn’t even touch it!... Everyone at my table got food first and ate it before I even got my calamari ! Was no impressed ! Read more
We had Samantha as a server and she was fantastic! Very friendly and personable, checked on us, kept us updated on our order... and our drinks filled. Highly recommend everyone request to be seated in her section! Read more

Showed up at 540pm. Got seated on the patio. Waitress came and we asked for water to start (the were 7 of us) she brought 1 jug... which filled 5 glasses. 20 minutes later a male waiter came by said he was serving us. We ordered cocktails which weren’t putin the system until 6:20pm. We ordered appys and then food which all in all took over 2 hours to receive.we had to ask forcutlery and napkins for the appys as nothing was placed on the table as the server and waitress seemed to be in disagreement asto who was serving our table. One order was completely wrong in our group and we ended up havig to take our food to go as wedidn’t expect it to take 2 hours for a pizza. The manager ended up delivering our food and we had already asked for it to go.She never once asked why we packing it up or if everything was ok. Clearly it wasn’t. The food that was wrong in our group wasfor a child who ordered tacos and ended up with a club house sandwich which in turn still ended up on the bill and being paidfor. Totally disappointed. The service was alright. I found that our server was a little bit slow in helping us to order, and come by our table. The food... was good though. I always get the Bandera Pizza bread as an appetizer. The all meat bites are definitely one of my go to lunchoptions. Read more

Used to have decent results at this location, but this last time is enough to keep me away for a while, it took 45 minutes to... get receipt and a Togo box, the meals for our friends with us took an hour and a half (pretty sure they forgot to make it). Whenasked we were told they were short staffed, which makes me bag to ask the question why other tables were seated ate and left inthe same time? As well as why are you filling the restaurant when you don't have people to serve it? Read more
