Extremely rude and not customer friendly staff and management. I had a valid coupon on the DQ app. Not only they've refused... honoring the coupon by saying it is not coming up in their system, the supervisor tried to "sell" me a different note expensive"deal" be saying it is the same. When I was trying to explain something - I got yelled at. I guess there is first time foreverything. Avoid this location at all costs. There is a much better burger place just 100 meters down the street, calledGeorge's - fresh food, good service. Read more

I had honestly sort of forgotten DQ existed. Then decided to grab ice cream here one day. It was good, so me and my best friend... went back a second time this week for fries and blizzard. It was exactly what I expected ? hot, crisp, delicious fries, and anice cold blizzard. I highly recommend going here. It?s a pleasant place to be, and the staff are friendly and patient. Goodprice, too, imo. Read more

Absolutely disgusting! Watched my food be prepared right in front of me without the use of gloves!! It is standard practice in... ANY restaurant to use gloves while preparing your customer?s food. I will NOT be returning to this location. If I could havegiven you 0 stars I would have. Was there around 9:50 on Tuesday May 3rd, 2022. Young girl prepared my food with BARE HANDS anddidn?t wash them first. Box of gloves was sitting on a shelf right next to the food preparation area probably collecting dust. Read more

The Ice cream is usually pretty melted by the time they give it to you, they never turn it upside down and it pours down the... outside of the cup, service is slow and the staff doesn't seem to care. They don't give receipts in the bag unless asked for. Read more
