I don't know what happened to this Tim hortons. A female employee started staring at me when I was waiting in line, and she did... not look away when I was ordering food and talking to another employee. What's wrong with her? Well that's fine, but theycompletely forgot my order and people who ordered later than me got their food earlier than me. Finally, a male employee askedme: "Are you waiting for food?" I said yes, a sausage farmer's wrap and a hashbrown. Ok, then another female employee just gaveme a wrap without a word, and I asked her "Where is the harshbrown?" Read more

For the past week 5 :30 am service has been extremely slow like waiting up to 15 mins in the drive through for any service at... all with 2-3 vehicles in drive through. Very POOR!! Read more

I came here well after midnight the other day. They seemed to be somewhat understaffed.. that being said, the service was top... notch. The dude at the counter was very willing to accommodate my somewhat specific order. They were super professional andnice. Also, the food and drink were great! Read more

My service was ok, although quite slow, but I witnessed 2 things that shocked me. They were telling customers they didn't have... an item that was actually there and someone went through the drive through and paid for an item that wasn't exactly what theyordered. The employee said, "oh well, they paid extra!" Be careful when ordering and check receipts! Read more
