Idk if they where mad or what but first I get my Oreo milk shake half full and then the rest just whipped cream no biggie but... then I get to my apt. And take my food out and this it what I see (picture) like man if your only going to give me three friesand 2 small ones just don?t waste the time putting them in the little holder not even a baby would think that?s a small and Iordered a medium?. Really disappointing and I drove 25mins forward and 25mins back just for this? brought the inner Karen out ofme and usually Chick-fil-A puts people in a better mood but this was just not it ????? Stopped here while on vacation. Service was excellent. Food was excellent. Manager stopped by and talked with us about different... menu items we asked about and others we didn't know about. Very friendly atmosphere. Highly recommend eating here. Manager alsowished us a safe trip home when we left. Read more
Chick-fil-A is my go to for fast food hands down! I can always expect great customer service and hot, tasty food whenever I got... there. This location did a great job the other night. It was 45 mins before closing and I STILL received their top notchcustomer service and hot, fresh food. I was expecting less and they delivered more. Will definitely return. Read more
Always enough people working to never have you waiting longer than a couple.minutes. Foods fantastic and everyones always happy... there! Super refreshing if you ask me. Don't be intimidated by the volume of people in the drive-thru they really are on theball and keep things moving. They have a good 20 employees working at any one time! Ate breakfast here with my fiancée. The sausage breakfast burrito is delicious, especially with their jalapeño salsa. As... always, the sweet tea is 10 stars out of 5. Customer service was excellent, better than any service I get in Jacksonville. Read more

Really bummed. It has been over 10 years since I have been to a Chick-fil-A and I thought I'd give it a chance one more time and... my order is wrong!
