Wonderful place for a healthy meal! Everything is delicious. I love that they have vegan options!!
The idea behind refection foods is one I hope catches on not only in Carteret county but also in surrounding areas. It is good... healthy food without all of the preservatives and chemicals that have become the norm in today?s society. I am currentlygetting the meals delivered to my place of work every Monday morning and it is so convenient I stick them in the break roomfridge and throw them in the microwave each day for lunch! All of the meals have been good but one meal sticks out in my mind asawesome and that is the buffalo chicken bowl it came with some homemade buffalo sauce and a cup of homemade ranch that reallysets the dish off. Give them a try you won?t be disappointed! Plus I have saved a lot of time each week eliminating prepping mylunches or scrambling around to find some ?healthy? fast food. I ordered meals from them for 2 weeks in a row. All the meals were delicious. Fresh and healthy ingredients. I'm waiting until... they are able to label their meals that might be "gluten free" as this is now an issue for me. Once that is in place, I willabsolutely resume ordering. They were very responsive to my inquires about which meals might be GF, but I don't want to have toask each week. Kudos for the great customer service. Read more
I?ve been buying meals from Refections since they first opened. They are a life saver when it comes to having a healthy meal on... the fly and for my weekly meal prepping. I have tried competing companies, both online and within a 50 mile radius. I must say,Refections is hands down my favorite! Love the taste and variety! Not too mention the staff is great! Read more
Love doing the meals! I buy every week and love that they change up their meals. In live with the turkey burgers, chicken fajita... bowl and sloppy joe bowl!! Wow I am so glad this place exists. The first of its kind in Morehead City. Bowls, wraps, fresh ingredients, local when... possible. Whatever kind of diet you follow, whether you are a carnivore or a vegetarian, Refection has something for you. Ihave eaten here three times in the month or so they've been open, and I have enjoyed each meal. You literally pick and chooseall the ingredients. Delicious. Read more
Having grown tired of the regular fast food options that surround us, I decided to try this for lunch. Got the bacon pineapple... tuna poke bowl and it looked and tasted excellent! I definatly plan on making this a regular stop. Read more
