Sadly thus particular Taco Bell has consistently failed at making a bean and cheese burrito. No sauce no onions. I've ordered... them like this for years and this is the ONLY Taco Bell that has consistently sold me bean and cheese that is dry and crusty,the tortilla starts to come apart like it's old. It's like no one but me has been served all day beans and the literally scrapethe top of the bean vat that's old and crusty in a clump in my burrito tortilla in a ball then wrap a half warm old tortillaaround it. The staff is nice, the service is relatively fast, very friendly, and the Mexican pizzas they served were fine butthe reason I go to tacobell is for my beans and no Taco Bell on we art has made me decide I hate going there because it tastesand feels like they haven't cleaned the vat in decades and serve crusty dried Un mixed beans in a old nasty shell that peelsapart as you eat it like old bread. I know Taco Bell isnt known for high quality food, but I've been frequenting this Taco Bellfor a year and it's ridiculous that the same experience has happened over and over. I love Taco Bell, I won't stop eating TacoBell. Just in a different city though. These guys just cannot seem to make the food correctly despite their niceness andspeedyness. Read more
*Edited to respond to the reply* I drive a 4 door sedan, not remotely lifted. Not sure what a lifted vehicle not setting off the... sensor has to do with my review. Sat in drive thru for 10 minutes with no one acknowledging I was there. They took the order ofthe SUV in front of me and then never said another word. I was waiting patiently initially as I could hear that the SUV driverhad a large order, but after 10 minutes with no response and the store about to close, I left. Read more
Besides the long wait, my chicken quesadilla was the worst I have ever had. The filling only covered 2/3 of the tortilla. But... the worst part was the chicken texture? It was like eating a weirdly soft dumpling inside the quesadilla. What kind of chickensdid you guys use??? Read more
Had a couple of of special orders from the app and they got those correct, but I literally sat at the drive thru window for 20... minutes to get my food. Meanwhile cars were stacked behind me and they'd already gotten their freezes up so they could melt. Read more
Drive thru is slow at times but always get a smile at the window. Recently updated exterior.
