The wait was long. There were numerous open tables so I didn't understand why the wait. We opted to sit at the bar area and... put two tables together and were told we couldn't do that. The bar area was pretty empty so I didn't understand the harm inhaving 5 people sitting together in an empty bar area. We asked to be seated in the restaurant area when a table becameavailable. The server working the bar area said we couldn't move once she put our order in. The server in the restaurant areatold us it would be okay. What happened to the cilche make the customer happy? When we were finally seated and ordered our foodI couldn't help noticing how dirty the floors were, it looks like when they bused the tables they didn't bother to sweep thefloor. Finally our food arrived most of our items were undercooked, how hard is to fry a mozzarella stick until it is goldenbrown? And last but not least, the service. Well this was the first time I only tipped 10 percent in my life. I have alwaysrespected how hard restaurant workers have to work so I have always been a generous tipper . Served plastic ware dining in. Wings were not even hot and over sauced with too much sauce and ranch dressing was room temp and... not cold. The carrots were baby carrots and full of water at bottom of container! Fried also barely warm. Horrible slow servicewith horrible back of house. Read more
Eh the place had a funny smell of urine. Not very clean. The seats and walls were covered with dirty hand prints onion rings... were old refried like more then once. It just smell bad in there. I can't seem to post pictures. ???? but would not eat thereagain. Read more
Order some wings and the sauce suck, no flavor when I ordered garlic wings and they gave us burnt potatoes wedges because they... ran out of fries for the meal. My nephew, wouldn't eat because they had burnt his wedges. The server tried to have us pay forsomething that we didn't get until I had to ask for the manager which took him 20 minutes to get. We spent over a $100 in foodand drinks to celebrate my sister birthday and for my dad retirement. Read more
Do not waste your time. Wing Stop is way better and cheaper. Waited over 30 min for our wings which came out like tiny small... little nuggets for $11??? Waited another 30 minutes for our server to bring us the check. Being under staffed is Not an excuse.Not coming here again. Read more
Fried pickles usually good this time they showed no effort to put out good product can't even taste the pickles. Beers where... flat lemonade is watered down. Not even using there own tray anymore. I'm really happy with my experience here today. I went for my 21st birthday with my dad. The woman who took our order made me a... really good drink, she brought our food out super quick and even told a couple employees it was my birthday so when they walkedby they wished me a happy birthday. It was also nice because she gave me a little cup of ice cream to celebrate. I'm not a bigfan of when restaurants sing for u in front of everyone so I was very happy when she just casually walked by and handed it tome. I got the hottest wings I could get, and at one point when she heard how hot I thought they were she offered to get mesomething else if they were so hot that I wasn't enjoying them. We had a party of 12 people, and this is our first and probable the last time that we will be here. Love the servers, the... servers are neutral I would like to say so myself. However, it needs more works. Foods was acceptable, however, wait time needsmore considered. Generally, it takes five minutes to look at the menu for drink and ten minutes after initial sitting for food.We have been waiting for 45 minutes for foods and drinks. Servers needs to require more training for interactions with customersand services. I do not think server is bad in any mean, but it does need more training and works. I wrote this review not tocriticize, but to emphasize the weaknesses and improvement on it. Education and training are required for any staffs. Work onit, it will create more positive in the future.
