Very poor management skills, i ordered my pizza at 9:24pm my son was extremely happy and thrilled as a child should be and... around 10:25 1 hour after called to get an update, Manager Noe said driver is out delivering should be back in 10-15 mins and hewill take your order next, 11:10 rolls around i call and Noe answers again and i ask for an update and he says driver is outdelivering should be back in 10-15 mins(sounding like a automated response) and he will take your order next, i told him youtold me that at 10:25 and he responds blandly well he hasnt came back, and i responded i get it but now i have to explain to myson why we wasted 2 hours waiting while he anxiously waited and then tell him the pizza man isnt coming and he instantly startscrying as a toddler would respond, its sad that company's dont take pride in quality service i understand company's get superbusy but come on 2 hours and just act so blandly about it seems not right at all. OK so know I know why they never answered the phone. They literally have one employee working on a Saturday at 11:29 by... herself!!!! She is doing the best she can when you have like 30 on-line orders plus trying to answer phones. She is literallyrunning the whole business on her own. Oh wait also one delivery driver .Wow I give her 5 stars for for her hard work. Shedefinitely needs a raise !!! Read more
You have a 50/50 chance of them getting your order right. Went for pick up and could literally see my order sitting on the rack... waiting to be picked up, yet the girl at the front said it wasn't ready. Then a bit later asked her to check again and sureenough my order was sitting there the whole time. Long delivery times even if you live close by. Won't order from this locationagain until they have new employees that actually work. Read more

I originally placed an delivery order , a representative called and let me know it?s high volumes for delivery approx 3 hrs . I... agreed to pick up order and this is what I got . I don?t know if they were being funny or what. I order a 8 piece & recieved 5wings . I paid for pasta with 2-3 strips of chicken and barely any pasta . This is RIDICULOUS . Completely unprofessional! I ordered online and my pizza had been sitting there since 7:23pm. I call the store at 8:30 pm and... they tell me to go pick it up, they will charge me again and refund $5.99 for delivery fee. I get to the store and the guy walksto the back and starts laughing with the other males. The only female on shift actually took time to look for my order and gaveit to me. They didn't even offer a refund in store. Didn't even give me a fork for the pasta. Pizza was cold too! Read more
