Every single time I?ve come here they are out of chicken and say it?s going to take a half an hour or more to cook some. You?re... a chicken place why don?t you keep chicken going all the time? I haven?t went here in years because of this and decided to tryit one more time and ordered it online 45 minutes ahead of time and when picking it up they still did not have it ready. If youhave an order coming in online why would you not start more chicken. That?s like going to In-N-Out Burger and them saying sorrywe don?t have any burgers available. If I could leave 0 I DEFINITELY would. Never order the Chicken Tostada Bowl I order the Double Chicken one and still received... the amount you get for the non-double I?ve gone in twice to complain and they agreed it wasn?t drive thru ask the cashier ifit?s double because it looks the same as regular ?she?s days I give you what I give you I?m the cashier not the cook? I ask herto give let someone else know this isn?t the amount for double theres barely any chicken then she says ?I?m giving you what Igive you? that?s absolutely ridiculous on TWO occasions already I?m not given what I PAID FOR and ONE occasion the cashierdidn?t want to help me and pretty much told me to leave. I can?t believe they don?t just give me my moneys worth to begin withand I can?t be believe the customer services I received in drive thru 9/26/22 at 12:45pm the cashier was a heavier Mexican ladywearing glasses the receipt says Daisey H. It was ridiculous I kept giving them chances and over and over and no improvement Iget your busy I worked fast food too but give the customer what they pay for and let me not forget to mention not giving metortillas that went with my boyfriends combo! Been to this location in the past, before the Pandemic, that visit was good. Today I asked for strictly Pico De Gallo salsa... don't like any other but I was informed by the cashier that rang me up that they didn't have it when I saw her grabbing onlyHouse Salsa. She said that it was because they didn't have cilantro, yet one of my orders included Cilantro dressing. Anotheremployee said she hasn't seen Pico De Gallo since she started. I went to the Pollo Loco in Riverside last week and they didn'thave Pico either. I asked for Chiles Serranos which they did have as well as onions to my understanding the only condiment thatwould be missing would be cilantro aside from the fact that they also add oil to it. Because I know guacamole salsa is made withthe same oil ((just not to my liking)) your chicken just doesn't taste the same without what I would like... it's a shame thatthe salsa bar is more then likely never coming back to let us know if to order or not because of what we looked forward to thatisn't available. Forgot items when using their delivery service on the last 2 orders. I would have given them a lower score but there's such a... large turnover on employees I don't think they're training them correctly. I pay a delivery fee and then still have to drive togo get my food. Gas is expensive. The delivery fee is expensive. And there's no way to get it refunded. I tried to contactcustomer service and you can only email them. They still haven't responded after more than 30 days. Read more

It's the worse El Pollo Loco I've ever been to! I live in Moreno Valley and it's close to my house and whenever I go it's a... long line so I'm thinking the food would be fresh and hot. Nope the chicken is always dry, cold and burnt! This time I got achicken bowl and same thing disgusting!!! I even try to fix it up and make it taste better but it was still bad.
