I ordered a Family feast meal. Had it delivered. I ordered salsa, forks, and salad dressing. I received the driest dehydrated... shriveled up chicken. A warm salad. No salad dressing, no salsa, and no utensils. I called and the manager Brian said I can compick up salsa, dressing, and utensils. I paid for delivery to drive and pick up what should have already been in mybag.Disgusting!!! The food was gross on top of everything else. Save your money and nerves. Go anywhere else ???? Read more

Part of our order was missing and chicken on salad was truly yucky. Dry, shreddy, honestly tasted like it came out of a can.... When I opened the salad box I got that weird whiff of tuna smell that canned chicken has. Last 3 times I've been to thislocation the food has been dismal. Went at 10:40 am and there is no chiken i drove 2 miles from my work because is the nearest ! Only have a 30 min lunch its the 3... rd time its happened and the drive trhu lady never gives you the condiments u want even if u offer to pay extra! By far theworst service no wonder they change personel every month! They rush you trough the drive trough its just bad ! And they cantcount simple math i ask for 3 creamy silantro and 2 green sauce they only gave me 2 water down ?creamy silantro? just water ! Please get rid of drive thru staff sucks! If they cant prepare food on time they got no bussiness there! So i im updating theirreview after 5 months me visiting this location once in a while to see if service has changed! So im upgrading their 1 star to4 star because they got the condiment situation under control and always having chicken available! 11/11/21 845pm?went inside to order a 3 piece leg & thigh, with 2 sides of rice. They packed up my food- when I looked to check... my food they had put my flour tortillas over my chicken closed up in the to-go plate- so that looked suspicious- when I openedthe plate? ALL MY CHICKEN WAS BURNT, AND ALSO THE RICE WAS SO CRISPY FROM SITTING THERE UNDER THE HEAT THAT IT WAS CRUNCHY LIKEPOPCORN?. Ordered thru ubereats. Delivery was very fast, however it arrived with no straw for my drink, no silverware for my food, and... nothing but chopped greens in the "side salad". Salad was not worth eating the way it arrived. (There was no way to requestsilverware or the straw either so should have been automatically included.) Read more
