This place gets worse and worse we ordered online since last time we went in we waited over forty five minutes to be be seated... and an hour after we were seated to just order our food then over another hour to get our food. This time we kept it simpleordered pancakes and waffles and one shake we placed our order and arrived at our scheduled time just to wait 15 minutes to evenget helped and had to wait since our order wasn?t ready there was no one in the diner so not sure why it took so long and whenthe lady returned with our food she forgot our shake when we got the shake it was like the put oreos in milk and barely blendedit never coming here again Read more
If you order from a place called superdilla on your food delivery app, DO NOT. Absolutely devastated, was expecting a decent... meal for 40$ and ended up getting things made at this Ihop. Definitely would call this false advertising. Read more
Let?s get started, so for starters I love how it?s 24 hours. I?ve gone there more then a handful of times be it a date for my... great aunt or taking my little cousins or even a late night breakfast time with my family, the staff is oddly peacefully andmakes you not at rush. The food is efficiently and done properly with no errors SO FAR, my rating is a solid 5 for cleanliness,staff, organization, food, and music is very crucial to me especially is it?s good for the vibe and not to loud or to loud butenough I can whisper and you can hear my voice but also listen to the music, on top of that the temperature is just perfect, Isay this because I go to places to eat and it?s so cold for no reason while there you can find that comfy cozy temperature allaround Read more
Wow, my father and I have pretty much eaten here for breakfast ever time I come to visit. Usually never had an... issue..... Except today. It took 15min to get coffee, and my dad had to ask the host, as we didn't get a waitress until 10minafter that. We were then waiting about 55min until our food arrived. I ordered the strawberry and banana pancakes and a side ofham..... The side of ham was a joke, literally 2 bites. I have ordered this before a recieved a larger portion.... My strawberryand banana pancakes were missing the BANANA...I... WILL NOT COME HERE AGAIN. My dad had dry toast, no butter...... It suckedperiod. I?m sitting here right now as I type this and it?s been 30 mins since we gotten our order taken for DRINKS. Every waiter has... ignored our table for some reason, manager took the table behind us, seems like she?s a friend of theirs. The hostess took ourdrink orders and had to put in our food order. While manager and waiters all walk around not even batting and eye towards us.This happens a lot, almost every time we come here. We almost walked out but if it wasn?t for the nice young hostess lady fortaking our orders. Worst ihop in the city of Moreno Valley. I ain?t leaving a tip either for the HORRIBLE service. Read more
Terrible experience and service. Gave me wrong order, floor has trash on it and the waiter(Anthony with arm tattoos and 1 earing... on the right ear) was very rude. When we told him that the drink we got wasn't like how it's shown in the picture and how otherpeople recieved their's. He told me then we shouldn't have ordered it. He also didn't let us order the food and told us thathe's busy doing other stuff while he had friends in the kitchen not wearing masks or gloves. This was around 6-6:20. Come here for breakfast, they told me one price when I ordered and when I got the receipt I noticed the total was wrong. I told... the manager about what happened. They didn?t make it right. They said I?m sorry but you have to pay that. Knowing it was thewrong total. I will never come back to this place and will never recommend anyone to come here either. There is no integrity inthis place. The manager ?J D? is what she told me her name was. Embarrassed us on the way out yelling ?Are you serious they arejust walking out they are not allowed back in here? after we paid for it anyways on the QR code on the receipt.
