The reason for a 1 star now is because the food always comes out good. But that's only if I get my whole entire food and I don't... have to call or drive back for something that was not placed in my bag.one of the worst jacks to come to. Been in line so manytime 45 plus minutes because they only take 1 order at a time in drive threw. I don't understand moval and all the suppose to befast food restaurants seem SUPER slow. If I can give zero Stars I would! I walked in manager looked at me and said I'll be right with you I came in because there was... six or seven cars in the Drive-Thru I watched them help all seven cars plus 2 others and still did not help me and the othergentleman in the lobby. I said hello is there a manager she said oh sorry about that what can I get for you?? I looked aroundand most of the tables were dirty . Crumbs everywhere. Chairs everywhere .Clearly doesn't get cleaned regularly and they lackcustomer service. Get it together team cause you guys failed today! Read more
