LATE NIGHT / EARLY AM DRIVE THROUGH***MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR A RECIEPT. Definitely Not coming back. This is the 4th time going... through the drive through, "every time" the girl short changes me $2. Then I ask for a reciept, she gives it to me and alsohands me the $2 with it and says I think I owe you $2. She must be bringing home quite a bit with all those $2 tips from thepeople who don't count their change. I'm not saying any names, but every time it's been the same girl around 2am-2:30am onTuesday mornings. Should be a good enough clue. Been coming here for a while,.but don't know who the brain trust is behind this. Order the breakfast platter as I have for long... time, it offers bacon and sausage, you are asked what you want, I always get two sassage no bacon, been the same charge, todayif I don't want the bacon, and have two sassage like before they wanted to change me extra which they did, if you don't want thebacon and only sassage meaning one, you don't get a discount, is it really worth the .90 cents to have an unhappy customer? Out of town visit to jb. N unremarkable 100% and I guess that is the beauty of franchise chains like this they're not better or... not worse same as every other time I had come Jack in the box. Read more
Clean bathrooms, friendly staff, fast service, and they served me hot food that actually looked like the menu item I ordered.... Other locations should take this much pride in their store. Read more
Always looks clean, good customer service and so far no issues with my food or order.
Had the teriyaki chicken bowl comes with steamed rice, and veggies. It was very hot and delicious. All sodas where watered down.... Restaurant doors where locked upon arriving. Need to call store to have them open for you. Guessing it's because of the badhomeless in the area. Read more
