I showed up at 7:26pm and waited in drivethru. Their lights are not on to the drivethru the sign wasn?tlit. I get to my turn and... order the 7 piece meal and she tells me i can?t have that bc they are only doing small meals bc they close in 30 minutes. Whatkfc closes at 8?!! There were still three cars behind me and i let her know that and she said they weren?t cooking any morechicken. I told her what am i supposed to feed the rest of my family of i can?t get what i came to order. They wouldn?t sell mewhat i wanted so i had to sit in drivethru and wait for everyone else in front of me just to drive off with no food. Read more
Horrible service and quality control, I went back because they gave me a 8pc when I ordered a 12pc family meal and they refused... to either give me the chicken I paid for and after they refused to refund me. They are scamming customers, stay away from thislocation, don?t waste your time and money! Read more

I waited in the drive through fir 22 mins only to find... out that they are clising at 8pm now due to lack of staffing. 2 weeks ago I went through the drive through and they only hadchicken which what they said to me tonight. This location has been bad before but has gone downhill. Looks like I will bedriving to Perris to get KFC. I feel bad for those who order online and cannot get their food. Read more
The worst KFC ever, always out of food, and they don?t care to do anything about it. Ordered 2 piece white meat meal , waited... 25 minutes and then after filling other orders than came after mine, that they didn?t have any white meat pieces. First the speaker didn't work. After our orders was taken at the window we were asked to wait in the front. After waiting they... didn't have white meat, but said they might have wings came back no wings. It's a chicken place. How do they not havechicken. Had to refund our money. Manager was at the drive through window seemed to be in a very bad mood, they had no chicken at 3 pm I passed due to the manager... demeanor. I do not recommend this please sadly is the only one in my area. I like the food but the customer service provided byDiana the manager leaves a lot to wish for. KFC Spicy chicken is THE BEST so far. Sandwich was good and fresh the first 3 purchases. Original chicken box good... too. Couldn?t give 5 stars because: 1) last 2 times I purchased spicy chicken sandwich, it was not fresh; chicken was chewy,bread tasted old and had sauce was cooked into bread, not smeared on?. fresh 2)fries not good and tasted old each time 3) gaveme water instead of lemonade (Sorry no photos? Drive-thru lane wait time was extremely high, lousy, incompetent, and poor customer service. The associates are not trained to... provide proper, friendly customer service which is a reflection of the franchise owner (s). Shame on you! I will take myvaluable business elsewhere. Read more
