This place is disgusting honestly. The girl behind the counter is terrible at customer service and I had to stand there forever... while she was on her phone. While I was waiting I saw some bugs run up the wall and decided to not to get anything for mysafety. She finally looked up when I decided to leave. If I could leave no stars I would. Very poor quality, they gave us black avocado, always give out mayonnaise instead of sour cream. They are too lazy to put sour... cream in a jar.They gave us our order wrong and the staff instead of working are on the phone and gossiping! I went yesterday and they have the WORST customer service ever. Their was 3 girls "working" 2 of them where decorating the... Christmas tree and the other girl was just their standing and no one said anything until I said if anyone can help the girls bythe tree said they couldn't because they where on the other side... Bottom line none of them where able to help me all I wantedwas 2 raspados they said their machine was broken, and the esquites where not ready and when I ask for agua de fresa they ranout. I have been to a couple of Michoacánas before and usually it?s very good! This one for some reason the stuff doesn?t taste the... same as everywhere else. My favorite cheese ice cream doesn?t have the chunks it usually has or the same taste. The Cheetosesquite doesn?t taste anything the same. The mayonnaise taste weird (sour) and the cheese is bland has no flavor at all. I hadto get a refund which I have never done before. The girl was super nice tho so I gave it two stars.
