I?ve been there two times and both time I?ve been let down. I asked for a vanilla paleta at first and when I got home to eat it... was nothing like vanilla it was more like coconut. Second time I went I asked for a vanilla raspado and again the color was offand it tasted like coconut. Never again coming back here. The one by food for less is way better. Read more

Today I went to buy an ice cream with my family and I asked the girl who attended us a question that if she could put two... different flavors and she said no to which I replied that it was fine my only comment was that I told her that in OtherMichoacan women would combine the ice cream flavors , and then the lady who was there responded very rude and in a very rudeway she said that if I didn't like it to go somewhere else to which she answered that that's why they don't have people and shestarted to respond badly and I respond in the same way she responded to me and told her that if she did not know how to treatcustomers but I think she does not know how to treat customers and all she did was to continue to talk to me in a rude way asif I were from her family or if she knew me, she does not have any respect and doesn?t know how to treat a customer she hasnever met ,the last time we went there was a lady who was very kind and she said the lady that work there that she is nolonger there because she combined the two flavors we wanted which is also unfair for her I do not wish them bad but I wouldprefer to go elsewhere, there are many options where you can get very good ice cream and if you want to be treated in a good waybecause in general the ice cream is good but some of the workers there don?t know how to treat customers because it?s not thefirst time it has happened to me it?s like the 5 time already and all the 5 times it was different workers but they all had thesame attitude and the same way to talk to a customer. Be careful with this place. On my last visit there was a young lady cashier that added her own tip to my total. She never... flipped the screen over to me so that i could accept or decline a tip and i didnt even sign since it was credit.
