HANDS DOWN THE BEST OLIVE GARDEN EVER!!! The front staff were really nice and helped us get a server fast. Shoutout to Vivian... (server) who was kind, patient, understanding, hospitable, and for the AMAZING customer service. I’ve never had such a smoothOlive Garden experience until tonight. I used to go to the Olive Garden by Riverside a lot but I have never received suchfantastic & quick service like this location. The Service was horrible. I first called to make a reservation and was told no reservations first come first served. I went... there with my family to celebrate my Son's promotion. I had my 3 year old and 8 month old Grand babies along with 5 other familymembers. I was first told that it would be a 25 minute wait and to give my email address so that they could contact me forseating. The App that I was told to check in didnt work so we stayed inside waiting to be seated. After 30 minutes I asked howmuch longer and was told it would be an additional 25 to 30 minutes while we all stood and waited with small babies. I alsonoticed that they were seating families that came after I came and once seated the waitress kept disappearing and someone elsehad to eventually help us. Went there after my Mother-in-laws Service at the National Cemetery on Van Buren with my Husband, Daughter, me and our dear... friend. We were very satisfied with the service and the delicious food. My Husband's Mother would of loved it too. So thankyou for being there. ???? Read more

My plate was full but I was told the portions have shrunk significantly, particularly with the Tour of Italy plate.

This locations food is always on point and consistent like you would expect. Gone to Tyler location and last 3 visits food has... been inconsistent from the soup to the Alfredo and chicken parmashen ???? I'm paying to eat good consistent food and Tylerlocation falls way way short on consistency and service if all olive gardens were like Tyler location in Riverside I would nevergo back. Someone up the corporate ladder really needs to fix this.But Moval location all in all excellent from food to service.Sometimes food is a little slow coming out of kitchen. Read more

We ordered online and the service was exemplary. The restaurant texted us advising to Check In upon arrival and remain in car... since we ordered Curbside. This location is extremely organized and provided us with fast and friendly service. It wasconvenient being able to park in assigned "ToGo order" spots. Our food was fresh with great presentation and best of all, ourorder was perfect and taken out at time promised. Read more
