Waited for my delivery for almost two hours I better get my money back I had to cancel the order
I ordered carry out online. One of the items wasn?t made correctly. The man who helped was very nice about it. He was a... Caucasian male, I didn?t get his name. He may have possibly been the manager. He apologized and reassured the order would becorrected quickly. Great customer service. That?s something that?s not expected in Moreno Valley, there usually isn?t goodcustomer service anywhere here since it?s such a low quality community. The cook came from behind to bring me the correcteditem. He was also very nice. I appreciated the service here and the food was great. Ordered a large pizza and some garlicParmesan wings. Papa Johns need to check who are they hiring for manager. I phone my order the lady tell me 25 minutes . I come in pick up my... pizza they tell me 40 minutes 40 minutes pass another 30 minutes. The young girl who tells me she's The manager tells me thepizza is in the oven after I tell her I'm going to cancel. They need to make sure and tell people the correct waiting time. Read more
As a business owner I would never allow any employees to run my store with such disrespectful employees and management. Customer... service is always a must anywhere. For a store not to have any kind of communication and control of their own drivers isunacceptable. I'm sure this stores numbers will say it all. I would fire the whole store and hire more responsible workers. Thisstore is full off immature employees. The brand Papa John's is better than that. Read more
Was very disappointed I can say about four strips of bacon supposed to be a New York style pizza no and people making the food... need to wash their hands and put hair nets on it seem like they touch their face and then started making dough was not veryhappy with this place and it could taste better come on Shaq do better Read more

I've been ordering from this Papa John's off and on for so many years, and I've finally had it with this store. They are... constantly short drivers, mixing up orders, and delivering almost cold pizza. Recently they cancelled my order even after Ioffered to pick it up, because they were understaffed without notifying me first. I received an email about the order beingcancelled after the store had already closed. Although I sympathize and can relate to being short employees, I can no longer ingood faith tolerate it.... after spending so much money here. This Papa John's is poorly managed and constantly taking over 2hours to deliver pizza (which sometimes is the wrong order even after that) and it's gone beyond ridiculous. I will never underany circumstances order from this store again, and I will suggest to anyone around me not to as well. There are times wherecertain employees tried to fix the issues, which I sincerely appreciate. But the overwhelming mistakes have now surpassedanything I can ever say positive about this store.
