Restroom has been out of service for over a month! Now they're saying NO CUSTOMER IS ALLOWED TO EVEN WASH THEIR HANDS! ????
I usually go to this location, but not anymore. There was one person in front of me who ordered 4 meatball sandwiches which took... upwards of 20 mins to get out to her. Workers didn't have any hustle, my two toasted sandwiches were cold and took another 15mins to get out. The workers were nice and polite, just very slow and unmotivated. Read more
I don't know why they task themselves with making all the subs in your order at once if they can't even keep up with what goes... in which sub. This happens every time. They put the cheese in the wrong one or toast the wrong sub. The last time I went I askedfor pepper on my bmt and the girl making my sub proceeds to add salt. Then I said "no, no salt". And she still looked at me withthis attitude. She got so bothered when I said "no salt" and threw our subs into the bag. I ignored the first few times but thenit happened every time I'd go. Read more
Honestly the service is good but theres ONE GIRL IN PARTICULAR I HATE MAKING MY SANDWICHES!! She is the super skinny girl that... works in there and sounds like a little girl when she talks. She acts like she owns the ingredients always gives me bad qualityand seems to hate her job. Does not know how to make sandwiches in my opinion. Read more
Food is good, but the layout is not great. Very small. Start of the line is on the far side of the restaurant while the register... is closer to the door. This forces you to walk through someone ordering if you are not the only person in the restaurant. Read more
The daily 6 dollar subs are worth it. This location is small, but not as crowded.
I was unsatisfied for many reasons. In summary it was bad service, low quality food, and cleanliness. Here is my full review:... From the moment I entered I wad not greeted by either of the two employees as they were busy in conversation among themselves.When I approached the counter I was still ignored and not greeted. It wasnt until I interrupted their conversation and greetedthem that one of them greeted me back. As far as the food, the bread was cold, some of the veggies were frozen (with bits of iceon them), they didnt have swiss cheese, the tuna serving was much smaller than in other subway restaurants, and overall thesandwhich did not taste fresh. To top it off the table I ate at was dirty and there was trash on different spots on the floor.Oh, and I was the only customer the entire time I was there so no excuse as to being too busy - the employees just keptgossiping about their diets and preferences in alcohol.
