Fries were cold stale, taco meat was Luke warm not hot, decided not to eat it out of risk for food poisoning. 15 dollars wasted
I would give this place a zero if I could. This place is horrible. It took 30 minutes to get our food. It's not even the... employees fault it's the manager. I asked for a manager and her name was Jackie and she was rude as hell. I swear on my motherrhis lady is incompetent. I cannot believe she is a manager. Has no customer service skills whatsoever. I wanted to know whyit took long for my order. I saw prior to thT Zhe was screaming at the employees. The young lady looked like she was crying. How unprofessional. I feel bad for this employees. Management must not care to hire Jackie as a manager. I'm reporting her tocorporate. I'm letting everyone on Facebook and social media know thT she has a bad attitude don't eat at Taco bell at fir Ave.I have been going there for years I usually go in the late evenings and usually no issue. Now I know she's twh issue. She'syelling at her staff and preventing from them working. Absolutely disgusting. She doesn't care about customers. She said foodtakes time to make and walked away.nevwr will I eat at Taco bell there. Stay away!! Jackie should be demoted. Me and my familywere disgusted how she handled our complaint. **TERRIBLE SERVICE*** Ordered in the drive thru (no other cars in line) received my order after 25-30 minutes. No sauces or... additional napkins (they said they were out). So for 50$ worth of food I receive 2 napkins, 4 fire sauces and ALL of my food wasfalling out of the wrappers. Lettuce, tomatoes, chicken and other stuff was everywhere in the bag. Seriously the worst fastfood experience. DO NOT VISIT TACO BELL IN MORENO VALLEY (Taco Bell off of Fir) Service is trash, employees don?t care andhonestly I think the chicken was undercooked?. I spent all day at the Drs and wanted to feed my daughter something really quick. We wanted the happy hour Baja blast and they... were out. Then when our food came up they were supposed to call our name and our cashier went on break and nobody called ourname. Not only was it for there but they put it in a bag. They let our food sit on the counter for almost 15 minutes an we werethe only ones there not eating. There was only 2 other people in TR he building besides my daughter an I . So needless to say Iwill not be going back to that location again. Read more
I am literally sitting in the drive thru and have been at least 25 mins and I can't get out. When we finally got to order they... are out of everything and kept stopping the order saying hold on. This is the longest I've ever had to wait in a Taco bell. Read more
Not only do they treat you like they have somewhere to go but look at these fries. Are they selling me the fries or the box... because this is how "full" it was. I am so disappointed and angry at the price of this. It doesn't justify the price for theamount. Smh. Taco bell do better Read more

Drive through line had about 6-7 cars ahead of me and it literally took about 30 minutes total to get through the line and... receive my order. No excuse for a drive through to be that slow. They looked to have plenty of staff, but it seemed unorganized.This was around 6pm on Sunday, November the 13th. Two orders of Nacho Fries were bomb according to my Daughter, so they get 3stars.
