This place is a joke. I'd give it zero stars if possible. Order online get there at 7:25 pm and they inside is closed. Sat in... line for 25 mins 2 cars in front of us. Called them from line no English speaking conveniently. Do yourself a favor go to bk onCochrane rd. Read more

I come here occasionally. The last few times my burger has just been ok but on this visit it was delicious, fresh veggies, the... beef was juicy...really enjoyed my meal. My fries were hot and just as good as always. The fountain drink was lacking gas. Tookone star off because of past experiences but I hope you guys continue to make high quality burgers like today. ???? Read more

Stopped here during a roadtrip this last Labor day and got the rudest service from the drive thru staff. They're were very slow... and very unfriendly. When I asked for some Ranch I only recieved a dirty look from the cashier. They could benefit from aretraining course on customer service. Read more

This bk has had massive employee turnover consequently it is embarrassingly inconsistent. A week ago great experience....today.... oppoisite... Screwed up my order as usual...no sauce on a sandwich (chicken parm) wrong chicken patty. Missed mozarellasticks... 20 minutes to complete a simple order. Meanwhile the employees cleaned the resturaunt 2 hours before closing withcustomers in the lobby. Smiles are great...but dont make up for ineptitude. 3 years later...worse than ever. This locationneeds to close. I will never be back. I was legitimately ripped off...sold things I didn't order and charged for items that areunavailable. Upon complaining I was told they couldn't help me. Im done with this place. Wont even deliver for door dash fromhere anymore. Read more

Not sure why they even take your order. It's not like you will get what you order. When they ask me what I want I should just... say throw something in a bag because you won't give me what I actually order. It's my fault for going there again. Maybe onlythe 5th time I've been but EVERY ORDER has been wrong or ice cold. And if you call them out on it they act like im botheringthem. Go to the one on Cochrane. I have never had an issue at that one. Read more

We went through the drive thru around 10pm and the Service was Horrific the Manager looked like she was mad no smile no hello no... thank you NADA she was just very rude! I must say that the young man who took our order was very happy nice attentive laughing.The Manager looked as if she didn't want to be there, which is not any customers fault she works there. Manager must not know NoCustomers No Work for Burger King employees in that location if there is no good customer service. I personally will not returnto that location. Always check your orders no matter where you go... hopefully they don't for get something and you don't haveto return to pick it up. That happened the previous time at this location it was lunch time. Read more
