Probably the most poorly run Chipotle I've had the pleasure of frequenting. Food is fine and the staff is friendly, just... constantly out of things or something isn't working. Took my kids here on a Saturday night and the staff was so friendly and nice. Matthew was working the cash resister and he was... smiling and grabbing stuff for people. Micheal was so patient when my kids couldn?t figure out what they wanted. It was cleanand just a great experience. Food was good as always! Read more

While visiting my client in Morgan Hill, I stopped by to grab lunch at this location. First impression - Vey clean Dinning area... with friendly staffs. Ordered grill chicken with black bean and veggie. All staffs greeted walk in customers. Very friendly andefficient. I decided to dine in. $11.34 after tax for a steak quesadilla, with quacamole would be extra. This is a ripoff because the steak is chewy like rubber,... and the portion is tiny. I wanted a chicken quesadilla like the one shown on TV but had to change my mind when they wanted togive me a bunch of charcoal disguised as chicken. Who's to blame? Should I have not ordered Chipotle 30 minutes before close or should Chipotle serve Chipotle standard food right... up until close? I believe both parties are at fault. I got complacent with time. I thought I was going to have more of it. Iguess that's how I always feel, that's why I'm usually late to everything. My internal clock needs to start matching up withactual clocks or I'm constantly going to be late to the party. That's clearly where I need to improve, but Chipotle can makesome adjustments too. Their burrito bowl didn't taste like their typical burrito bowl. I may have ordered 30 minutes beforeclose, but that's no excuse. If I go to the last showing of a movie, I expect that last showing to be the same as the previousshowings. I don't want it to be in black and white or have subtitles if that wasn't the standard for the previous showings. Samegoes for burrito bowls at Chipotle. There should be no difference in the quality of the first and last burrito bowl served thatday. If there is a difference in quality, there should also be a difference in price. I'm willing to sacrifice the quality of aburrito bowl if it means I don't have to pay as much. It would be awesome if my therapist did that too. If she told me I couldschedule an appointment at the beginning of the day and have her undivided attention at full price or I could have the lastappointment of the day at half the price with her divided attention...I may choose the second option. That means I could use themoney I saved in therapy to buy more burrito bowls. I'd just need to make sure to buy them at the beginning of the day. Mytherapist doesn't do that though, she offers high quality service 100% of the time. Chipotle may be able to learn a thing or twofrom her. Read more
