This Dominos was doing pretty well - pizzas were right, delivered within delivery window given, and arrived hot. But, in the... last 2 months, we've tried twice to order delivery and they don't have a delivery driver for the whole day. The workers arevery nice, but a delivery pizza place without a delivery driver won't last long. Read more
Was on hold for over an hour trying to order 2 pizzas and chicken wings. Drove to the store to order instead, There were only 2... people working there and both were very overwhelmed. Like most people would say if they had a bad experience with a business... I would not give a one star review based on my... experience if I could give a negative star. We've been living in Morgan Hill for nearly 8 years and never ordered from thelocal Domino's. Now I know why we haven't. The delivery driver shouldn't argue with the customer about dropping their pizza offto the front door and not the garage. Especially when the person they're delivering to is disabled. And no one needs to knowhe's off the clock and he has a slew of pizzas he has to deliver and could not leave in his car. Then he had the nerve to say hewas leaving when I told him I'll send my husband down to get the pizza from him and hung up. If you don't like your job, thenquit. This is the most unprofessional experience I've had thus far from a pizza chain. This is why we don't order from placeslike this. Read more
Staff at this location are great, even when they are swamped, and they are always fast. Domino's has become the best bang for... your buck by a landslide. The quality of their pizzas has come a long way, and while not as good as Round Table or MountainMike's, you can get 3 or 4 pizzas for the same price as ONE of theirs. Pizza Hut is hot garbage by comparison. I also love theboneless chicken bites. There is nothing better for me on this food planet than crisped/burnt cheese, and it is usually servedwith lots of it curled up around the sides. Read more
I asked for a contactless delivery, the delivery guy showed up and violently banged on my door and rang my doorbell for 10... minutes. I called the store, they said they would call him, he kept banging. When he finally stopped, he took the pizza andLEFT! " The staff acted like they had never heard of contact free delivery (despite the fact that it is an offered option whenordering) They said they were gonna send someone else, nobody came. Eventually after 8 phone calls, and 4 hours later, Ifinally did get pizza, but this is the most insanely bad and unprofessional service I've ever seen from any company. ever. I've got kids, and my car was totaled recently....My kids waited 4 hours to eat.... all because someone refused to followultra basic directions. Read more
