I?d put zero if I could . Horrible customer service. This lady charged me 7 bucks for a mocha coffee but it was just sugar and... coffee . Literally can see the half inch of sugar on the bottom . I asked her to swap it she said no . You didn?t say not sosweet. Uh why are you dumping sugar in a drink when you have the option to add your own near the door . $7 iced coffee is bad enough but asking for light ice then seeing a hidden customer options charge of $1.00 added to bill for... getting LIGHT ICE without telling us is stealing. Then lady who does not know I understand Vietnamese started cussing me out toher employees when I didn't tip and asked for my $1 back.. Read more

Over price food. They have different prices in the menu and custom their own price. The bagel supposed tobe 2.35 I think but he... change it to 4 dollars. My iced white mocha is small 4.49 and change it to 5.50. Rip off bagel store just go to daily bagel intennant. I should've said something but it's too early not worth my time. Read more
Worst place ever! Went there because Daily Bagel was closed today, half & half was rotten and chunks came out, gross. Bagels... were gross clump of cream cheese, uncooked bacon, old produce, just gross. Couldn?t eat it. $30 for 3 bagels went to waste.Stick to Daily bagel if you want to enjoy it. Read more
The customer service was excellent. I got the pastrami club with no tomato on a jalapeno cheese bagel and my partner got a BLT... on a sesame bagel. Both of them were so delicious! We were looking for a quick bit while driving to Hollister. This place isquick friendly and they have delicious bagels. Parking is free and there is a parking garage close as well. Nobody talks about plan C. It's probably because you don't really need one. If both plan A and plan B don't work, is plan C even... worth doing? My plan C is probably just doing whatever I was doing before I thought of plan A and B. I guess a better plan Cwould be to think of a new plan A and B because the first ones didn't work out. I'm assuming that's why they only have majorsand minors in college. It'd be weird if colleges had a major (plan A), a minor (plan B), and a mini (plan C). Then people wouldhave to spend a majority of their time working on their major and a minuscule amount of time working on their mini. There's areason colleges don't have minis, they don't want students wasting their time on that. So after I left college, I felt that Ishould only have two plans, an A and B. Main Street Bagels was able to change my outlook on plan C. It's a great bagel shop, butI usually give more attention to other bagel shops in Morgan Hill. Daily Bagel will always be my plan A and Donuts and Things ismy plan B, but what happens when my plans don't go according to plan? It's not like I'm just not going to eat bagels that day.One day Daily Bagels was closed and I didn't have any cash on me for Donuts & Things. The plain cream cheese have a garlic flavor, so my favorite is cinnamon bagel whit plain cream cheese and it?s the third time... the garlic flavor is in the delicious combination. I don?t know why they put garlic in everything. Or is the kitchen utensilsthey use to make the cream cheese. Read more
