I love Mr. Pickles and I go to this location all the time but I have had a couple of very negative experiences that I feel need... to be addressed. I am leaving this review under a friend?s account because I go there so frequently. I love the Mr. Picklesandwich and it?s probably my favorite sandwich of all time! But I have to dock a star because I have had terrible interactionswith your employee Rick. I generally order online but on the occasion I don?t I have somehow always had to talk to Rick. He hasa very cold demeanor and no sense of customer service. I have been snapped at several times by him in situations where it feelsvery unnecessary and it makes me uncomfortable and anxious to return. I?m not confrontational so I never said anything but Iwould be happy to explain further, I just don?t want to leave it here. I love Jenna, the manager, she is the best and is alwayswelcoming, kind, and provides great customer service. I have had great experiences with other employees picking up my order,etc. I love this location and will continue to visit but I hope I will not have any more experiences like this. Read more

A great sandwich spot with quick employees. I have seen these places a lot but this was my 1st time going in. It's like a much... nicer subway. Their sourdough was killer, and if you like sweet, their Dutch crunch was good too. I loved seeing fresh avocadoswaiting to be used, a nice change from some delis. V disappointed. Service was terrible. Left without ordering. None of the 4 working behind the counter greeted or acknowledged me... . No "uh hey we will be with you in a minute." Nope. Nothing. They chat amongst each other while making an order. Cashierturned away as i tried to ask who i should place my order with. Five minutes of being ignored while hungry . Never again. Read more

They are neat and clean and make great sandwiches. I love the Mr. Pickles Sandwich on Dutch Crunch. Yum! They have a great... selection of chips, as well. It's nice that they stay open until 6pm now too. The chocolate chip cookies with every order is anice touch. Read more

Great selection of freshly made sandwiches. Totally customizable with lots of options. Friendly staff and a easy to use online... ordering system. They are popular during lunch time so I recommend ordering in advance to make it a quick pick up. Read more

Sandwiches and service is marvelous. This could probably be one of the best sandwich places in the area. The staff are friendly,... efficient and they make an effort to service and smile at the same time.. what a concept! ???? The bread is freshly baked withmany options and there's room to eat inside and outside. The menus are easier to see as they are 3 large flat screen TVs. It'srather pricey compared to other known local brand named sandwich shops. It's worth the try and comparison. Read more
