Dont really eat at sit down type places much and with the customer service and food quality that was served here it didnt make... me want to do it more often lol. Food was not fresh looking. My sons chicken tenders were burnt and not tender at all. Frieslook soggy and not fresh which is why i didnt ask for more fries. No bottomless soggy fries thanks. Read more

Not a fan of their steak fries, but onion rings are delicious as a splurge, steamed... broccoli available, and both impossible burgers and a plant-based quinoa patty can be substituted in any burger! Today was my first time at Red Robin [RR] (9/1/22). (It was a little after one when I arrived.) I'm impressed. The gentleman I... was with recommended it, and he was telling me about their onion ring stack, that it was delicious. He didn't lie. I ordered abacon cheeseburger with cheddar (though our waitress, Laura, practically named every cheese under the sun--so they have greatvariety). Since we were splitting a stack, I opted for the side salad (ranch on the side). The burger was great, and the onionrings were perfect! Perfectly seasoned and accompanied by two wonderful dips. Even the side salad was good--crisp vegetables ina deep (small) bowl. The atmosphere was nice, too. We were seated right away. From our booth, the Giants game was playingacross the room The music overhead wasn't too bad. The volume was low enough that it didn't interfere with conversation, and Iwas only aware of it because one song they played was by a female who could NOT sing! Still, all in all, a pleasant experience.Prices seemed to be the going rate for burger joints. (I think my burger was just over $13.) Dale is a life saver. I had not eaten food yet that day. My sister suggested that we go out to eat. I was very hungry, but also... didn't want to pay to eat out. I explained this predicament to Lauren and she said that she would pay. My predicamentimmediately vanished and I was ready to go out. I suggested we go to Red Robin because they had outside seating and I'm obsessedwith the sun. I can't get enough of that vitamin D. So Red Robin is where we ended up going. To plan for this sun encounter,Lauren brought sunscreen. I also brought my keys for some reason even though we didn't take my car. When we got there we wereable to get what felt like a front row seat to the sun. We both ordered impossible burgers and they were delicious. When we weredriving out of the Red Robin parking lot, Dale, our waiter, came running out with my keys I had forgotten. It was like somethingout of a movie. He handed me my forgotten keys. We were very appreciative and then started driving off once more. When we werejust about to leave the parking lot, Dale came running out once more. At this point I just thought he wanted to be friends and Iwas excited about the new possible friendship. I was ready to hang on his every word, but then I saw him lift the sunscreenbottle. Apparently, Lauren forgot the sunscreen. It must run in the family. Anyways, the food was great here and the servicefrom Dale was above and beyond. Read more

My wife and I went for the great burgers and we were not disappointed! I had the mushroom burger with a lettuce bun and a nice... Guinness to wash it down. We had a short stack of sugared donuts for dessert. YUMM! Read more
