Picked up a large #9. It was Soooooo hot I couldn't eat it? I LOVE Togos #9! But... really? Was this the sandwich Togos put out,... or a version some over emphatic employee thought would be better? Fast and consistent food. The new triple dip was excellent! Broccoli Cheddar soon did not disappoint on a chilly, wet day!
In and out with the sandwich side, no issues there. I called in my order so it was ready to go. The sandwichs were good This... togos is attached to a BR and it took awhile for her to make the two shakes we ordered. I also changed my mind about what flavorand I got the biggest eye roll. Ordered a few sandwiches online for pick-up and I will not be doing that again. Everything I did not want included on the... sandwiches were on the sandwiches. I'm fine with scraping things off but what's the point of leaving the option to excludeingredients if your not going to pay attention to that and put everything on anyways? Read more
Arrived 10 mintues before closing. Ordered a shake for myself while my wife decided. Once the employee finished with my shake,... he asked if we wanted anything else. Ordered my wife's drink and he said "sorry that was the last of the milk." First of allhow can you run out of milk at a place that makes shakes? Second, you could tell he just wanted to leave. Was throwing the stuffto make the shake and he kept running his fingers through his hair. Someone needs some retraining on customer service and foodsafety. Read more
