I would give one star, but sometimes they do get my order correct and it does taste good. But a lot of the time the order is... wrong and sometimes even cold. Arrived at 10:30 am went inside to the counter because drive-thru was a little busy and I was sort of in a hurry, thought it... might be faster boy was I wrong. There was no one working at the counter and I was the only one inside at first ,it took them 17minutes to even acknowledge that I was even there and by that time another couple had arrived. They not only finished all thecars that were already in the drive-thru line but all other cars that had joined the line before servicing let aloneacknowledging us! Read more
What is point of having drive thru if everyone has to park after paying? I am one of five waiting almost 15 minutes. My only... option is to go inside and demand my money back. Long long long wait. Seriously it takes them 10 minutes to get one order out. The morning crew is awsome but the afternoon crew is terrible.... Everytime they get my business I'm waiting about 30 mins for my food. And The food I get is cold, thrown together, with stalefries. You would think if it takes 30 mins to make a burger it wouldn't look like they did it in 3 seconds. 100% do notrecommend. Read more
I honestly wouldn?t even give them this one star, but I don?t know how to give them zero stars and still post this. They are... always out of at least one item I?m trying to order, they always get something incorrect and they act like it?s the customersfault when they have to correct their mistakes. I haven?t had a single good experience here in about two years and I?mofficially done giving them my business. Oh, and the fries always taste like old grease and are stale. I wish there was a no star option. This McDonald's is absolutely the worst McDonald's ever. You always have to wait forever... for your food, only to get cold food. Today, I tried to go and there was a long line of cars in the drive thru, which wasn'tmoving. I decided to go in, but after waiting 10 min with 3 people in front of me and no employee in site, I decided to gosomewhere else. Ordered 2 shakes and 2 apple pies. Pulled up to the window was told shake machine was down. Was asked if we would like a... substitute. Told them no. They then produced 1 shake. Told us they wouldn't give us the money for the other shake. Read more
order from McDonalds in Morganfield on Sunday had a few issues. one fries cold and my quarter with bacon old, the over sandwich... was missing. called and was told to go through drive thru which is so slow that was going to happen. Went into McDonalds topickup missing sandwich had to wait for it even asked a few employees for it. Guess one in charge was on done with anotherorder went back and got my missing sandwich. No apology for me having to drive back town to get the rest of my order. to menot one of the best McDonalds I have received food from. Read more
