It has been my second bad experience with this pizza hut in last six or eight months and with pizza hut customer service. last... time we had some complications after had the pizza and I called the customer service and I was told that The Regional Managerwill contact me and never happened even after eight months. I ordered food at 5:53pm and it said it would be delivered by 6:25pm. I received a text at 6:14pm that it was out for delivery.... So far everything was normal. After waiting 40 minutes I called to check and they said it was getting ready to leave the store(even though it was suppose to be out for delivery). If i could give this dang place a zero I would. So I order a pizza to have delivered talked to a guy and he said and hour and 15... mins I said that's fine. So my family comes home and they wanted more than what I first ordered I called and it was nearlyclosing but told the guy I had a delivery im still waiting on but on this next order I'll be there to pick up well it's a 11when i picked up my order and got it paid they locked the door behind me so I call my house asked them if the pizza wasdelivered no they said I live 5 mins approximately from pizza hut so I get out of my car and knock on the door cause I knew theywas all still there nobody out delivering pizza some girl sitting there eating a pizza I noticed early my name was on the boardthey have twice so they finally come open i said where is my other order he said it was delivered cause he knew what I wastalking about by the look on his face so I was so mad cause everything was about to be closed and I've waited an hour and morefor the order and the pizza I got won't feed all at the house.
