This Domino's has the best pizza! Ordering online was a breeze.
Food was good as usual. The ordering by phone was terrible. No longer can you call the local store directly. The robot would... not allow a change from the "usual favorite" order. We love Domino's food, but is it really worth the hassle of going to thestore and waiting for the order to be made? I'm thinking not! I have been a loyal Dominos customer for 10 years and I have never had such terrible service then i have at this establishment.... The previous time i ordered here I purchased a hand tossed pizza and 16 Wings. The pizza was incredibly thin. Matter of fact itwas the thinnest pizza i have ever seen. it was cold and the cheese was overly brown. It looked like whomever was working put noeffort into this pizza. Then when i opened the wing box which they stuffed all 16 in a small box, it barely had any sauce. Itwas just an overcrowded soggy mess. Mind you this was a carryout order. So after that experience we decided to try again. I haveworked in the Food restaurant and know that one bad experience doesn't define the entire store. I placed a delivery ordertonight at 7:36pm on 3/5/2022. Joshua started preparing the order at 7:41. Estimated delivery was 30-41 mins. I always keep thetracker up to keep an eye on it. It stayed on prepare for 30 mins. So i decided to call the store and make sure they wereupdating the tracker. I called and asked if there was a tracker problem. He proceeded to explain that they are doing a "new"thing in their store. I further questioned him why it would take 30 mins to prepare an order and so he then he started to havean attitude and proceeded to interrupti me several times in the middle of me politely trying to understand how a new methodwould intel 30 mins of preparation when it should've been delivered 30-41 mins. HE HUNG UP ON ME. Mind you i was not beingunruly. I LOVE Dominos. I called immediately after and asked for the Manager. It was the same person. I asked him for his nameand he refused to give it to me multiple times. This was the MOST unprofessional experience I've ever had. The proper way ofaddressing this issue would've been for him to apologize that it was taking so long, and instead of interrupting and making anexcuse of why it takes 30mins before it was even placed in the oven would've been to acknowledge the issue. Always courteous fast service with a smile. I've never had any problems at this location. I order very often, both delivery and... pick up. This is the ONLY, not just pizza place, but food place in general that?s food is hot and fresh EVERY time. I?ve had no problems... with my order and the delivery is always on time with great respect shown for contact less restrictions. When it comes to cheesybread and Parmesan bites, they are always sooo good because they?re hot, so the cheese is gooey and the bread soft. Read more
