I would not even give this place a one star. We ordered pizza at 6:59 pm for delivery. At 8:40 my husband finally had to go get... it himself. The girl working the register was incredibly rude, argued with him about his order time, and actually had our foodsitting to the side for who knows how long. He sat on hold for 26 minutes with no answer. When he walked into the store everyoneexcept one man was sitting around giggling, not making pizzas or answering the phone that was being ignored. The customer infront of him was being given a hard time about his order also and he finally just cancelled. Never again. Read more
I ordered at 5 o'clock on a Tuesday. Food was delivered at 545. Order was completely wrong. Notified Domino's and stated they... would fix it right away. Called back at 640 and 750. Food still hasn't left the store. You would think if they messed up yourorder, you would be priority but apparently not. Cancelled my order, will never order there again. Read more
Obviously, I understand the purchase price and, a generous tip to the driver. (they're just trying to make ends meet like the... rest of us) What is the $5.00 "delivery fee" for? The store isn't delivering the food and the driver is tipped by the customerso, what's the deal with a delivery fee?? Another consumer ripoff??? Read more
Ordered a pizza online at 9:06 pm. Called after 10 and my order was still showing prep on the tracker. I was told it would be... delivered at 11. Called back at 11:30, order was still pending. The restaurant will close at 12. Promised my food would bedelivered anyway. My food showed up at 1:15 am. 4 hours later. Read more
Worst Dominos I have ever encountered. It?s been 1 hour and 45 minutes since I ordered and still haven?t received my order. I... can understand being busy but I?ve called twice the first time an hour ago and was told it would only be 5 more minutes. Thesecond time I called 30 minutes ago and was told delivery driver had just left. It?s only 2 miles away and doesn?t take 30minutes to get here. So obviously they lie too. I got lost because I thought I had called my ONE HUNDRED DOLLAR ORDER into a different Domino's and the lady working that night... waited almost 15 to 20 minutes after closing ton wait on me. She was not rude about it, she was kind, and understanding. Woulddefinitely recommend this Domino's for sure. They were all so kind, the order was correct, and it was SCRUMPTIOUS! Read more
