Sat in the drive-thru for at least 20 minutes a guy cut in front of me so instead of making him go and sit in the Drive-Thru... space we had to wait for his stuff to get made. Got a bacon egg and cheese McMuffin from here this morning and was not at all thrilled when I opened it and found someone?s long... hair in it. See photo. When I called and spoke with the manager (her name was Jo) she said if I came back when they wereserving breakfast again she would replace it. When we showed up she said she didn?t remember and that I needed the receipt. Going forward I?ll make my own breakfast. Read more

The girl who was working the front counter needs a lesson or two in customer service. When someone pays for their food and it is... suppose to be brought to their table and she just screams the number out it's fine I'll go get it. When the order is missinghalf the food and she decides to ignore you after looking at you several times. When you say miss very politely and she saysreally snotty you need to wait a minute I'm helping another customer and you bring it up that you are a paying customer as welland she turns looks at you and says you can either wait or leave it's on. Yes I will cause a scene and yes I did don't be rude.The manager did help us finish getting our order, but the girl doesn't need to be on the front end taking care of customers. Read more
Walked up to the counter the guy stares at me doesn't say a word so we stare at each other he finally walks over and says what... can I get for you. What happened to mcdonalds? The store was a mess behind the counter and out in the lobby. The bathrooms weredisgusting. We travel every where but this was by far one of the worst. Ridiculous. It?s the only word to describe it. I was in drive thru for over 20 minutes. Cars backed up everywhere. And I get to... the pay window and there were 5 employees standing in the background talking. One was a shift manager. When I pull up to thenext window he appears with 4 more employees talking, laughing, cutting up. One was drinking a bottle of water. There was nourgency. No need to help speed the lines up. Seven people standing in this area and only the girl employee that handed me myfood was doing anything. So they had the necessary people to do the work. I did t even get a receipt ; which I?m sure is becausethey don?t want a poor review or complaints. I fully understand there is a shortage of help. The experience was different as no one was available to tell you to order online. We stood like ?Classical Conditioning? taught... us waiting. They need help! (People are unwilling to make small amounts of $)The entire order took 25 minutes as we waited forsomeone to assist in preparing our food. Please go thru the drive thru if possible. No cash register orders????. Over charged for 2 tiny tomato and a tiny bit of lettuce. Confusing kiosk took over 10 minutes to... order 2 burgers 1 fry and 2 drinks. Not entirely happy but food was good. Maybe us old people will get better at this. Read more
