EVERY TIME our order is wrong. They do not make items as described on menu. My chicken wasn't done and my cilantro was rotten. ... 1 piece of tomato on an entire flat bread pizza. The first time I used the rapid pick up it was great. I walked in and picked up my food and boom, out in a flash. The second... time I used the rapid pick up I received the notice on my phone that the order was ready. I went in and nothing was on therapid pickup shelf. Many people went through the line. Finally after 20 minutes I asked the cashier about my order. She saidit was on another shelf that the kitchen uses for in house orders. Sure enough it was right there. Food was cold, very cold. Ijust tried the ?rapid pickup? feature again. The same thing happened. This time when I asked about the food the blonde girlwas rude and apathetic. Three strikes you?re out Panera! Really getting disappointed with Panera. They used to be on the ball and very reasonable. Prices have increased a lot. The... order was completely a mess - ordered the Mediterranean Sandwich. Last time I checked it should not have deli sliced meat ! Itwas a pick up order so driving back not an option. Not sure if I ever go back to this chain. Read more
We stopped by to get a to go order a Whole Strawberry ???? Poppyseed Salad and also a Half $22.00 and there was NO STRAWBERRIES... on it. If your out TELL SOMEONE!!! We live 40 minutes away otherwise I would have taken it right back. Read more
Forgive me father for I have sinned. I coveted another's chicken sandwich, & Strayed from the Lord's ????. Little did I know the... price I would have to pay for my indiscretions. 37.27 by the way for 2 chicken sandwich chips &drink. Seriously Panera stick tosoups and sandwiches because a microwaved rubber chicken patty on a cold bun will not do. At least the apple cranberry drink wasgood, if it weren't served atop a sespool. I tried to like this place. After several visits I am unimpressed. Each time the floor was dirty, service was cold and food... uninteresting. Better selections than McDonald's- gotta givem' points for effort. Read more
