The store manager, Veronica was super rude this morning, after I stated I had the wrong breakfast sandwich, she said that I... order wrong on my app. But when I showed her I had in fact ordered correctly, she never once apologize or was ever really niceabout it, and eventually tossed my new made breakfast sandwich at me! This location has a reputation of not upholding beverage quality, watched barista pour cold milk into americano when asked for... it steamed, also asked for oatmilk in an Macchiato and received soy milk, shots were also not ristretto, location was not busyand it still took a good while to receive drinks, do better ?? The store manager - blonde guy- is a bully to young staff. He is extremely critical of staff and does not show concern to... perform managerial coaching or counseling in private but instead in front of customers and other employees. Location is clean and the service was good. They have a drive-thru. But I went in to use the bathroom and between the two... bathrooms there was no toilet paper. When I went up to tell the cashier, she just laughed and said that happens a lot. Here'ssome advice Starbucks, if that happens a lot you need to check the bathrooms more often. Nobody likes to go to the bathroom onlyto find out there's no toilet paper. Ask me how I found out that both restrooms didn't have toilet paper. Read more
