Went there on a doordash order and was in the lobby for 20 plus minutes. I was completely ignored even though one of the... employees stared at me multiple times, I did not want to yell so I tried to make myself known. We stopped here for lunch on a road trip! We ordered inside, on the kiosk. I got nachos fries and a chicken quesadilla. The food... was ready within a few minutes, and the food was made correctly. The nacho fries are one of the best items on the menu, becausethey have great seasoning and the nacho sauce pairs perfectly well with them. The quesadilla was great. The facility overall wasclean, and the bathrooms were clean too. Read more

One of my favorite places to go .. however the other day when I got home I realized my chalupa supreme wasn't in my 5$ box.... Always nice staff tho n good drive thru time. The woman that been there for long time is super sweet n does wonderful job !! Read more

I have been forced from time to time to stop by the springs Rd branch. Everytime the staff is unbelievably rude and it has been... painfully obvious that they care nothing about there customers, that the only thing on there mind is how much longer they haveto work. The food is always slapped together so bad my 12 yr old could honestly do better. 9 times out of 10 I do not receive areceipt nor do I ever get all of my order . So if you find yourself at the taco bell on springs Rd then double check your bagASAP. And save yourself some time because odds are they forgot part of your order if you are lucky enough to actually get yourorder. More than once I have gotten home to find out they handed me someone else's food and almost every time they have asked mefor the wrong order back like are they giving that food back out to customers?? After a terrible customer service experience at the Carbon City Rd location, I tried this one/ They were very friendly and... helpful in taking my order, which I appreciated. Unfortunately the food was cold, by the time I realized it I had already parked(used drive-through), and I was too tired to go back and complain so I ate it anyway. Not a great day for Taco Bell, butfriendliness and being treated with respect matters. Unfortunately having hot food when it's chilly out matters also. May givethem another chance some time, and mention up front that I need food to be hot. Thought that was a given, lol. I understand thedilemma of trying to keep "fast food" lines moving quickly, but rushing it and not heating food fully is a bad idea. I guessmost fast food places use microwaves now(???... BOO!!), but either way, hot entrees should be hot. Read more

If i could give it zero i would. They have the only woman in the whole place who cannot speak coherently on register. She spent... 5min searching for the button for a cheese quesadilla on her screen before i told her i would just go order on the self checkoutscreen. Finally I get to order, and all the food comes out wrong. The quesadilla has chicken, the burrito wasnt grilled, thesauce we paid extra for wasnt on the food. The cup that was given to me for my drink had a crack down the side. Love taco bellbut this was a huge curveball i didnt need today. Ended up spending close to 45 min extra here just waiting for my correctorder. Boo Read more

Decided to give these guys a new try. Was sadly disappointed. I ordered a number 8 regular for myself and another for my step... daughter. Repeated I didn't want the supreme, that I wanted regular. Still got charged for supreme. Not worried about the fewcents difference, but then I get the food and there is no lettuce. I didn't feel like going back to ask for it, simpledirections have clearly been unable to win here, so I just ate them as they were. At least the little one was happy. Read more

It seems every single time I go to this fast food restaurant, I either have missing items, or I receive everything I order but... half of the food is either missing ingredients or just simply lack the proper amount of ingredients or a combination of bothmeaning missing items and ingredients. Not only does this store seem to have a issue with getting orders right and putting theproper amount of ingredients on the food, EVERY time I get hard tacos, they end up being soggy by the time I get home (which isonly 2 miles away) or I get soft tacos that are so wet that they stick to the wrapper, if they don?t stick it?s like eating wetbread and meat I added 3 pictures from my order that I paid 22 dollars for which included 4 soft tacos, 4 Doritos locas tacosand 2 cheesy rolls. I couldn?t get pictures of all the tacos but the ones I did you you can clearly see that not only do mysoft tacos seem to be missing lettuce and cheese but they have a excessive amount of meat. The one that?s unopened is to showthe wrapper and how soaking wet it is. The picture does not capture it well but the taco is also soggy to the touch. My husbandsDoritos tacos were supposed to be surpremes, but the only surpreme part of the tacos was the rear end where all the sour creamwas. My sons cheesy rolls were cold to touch and none of the cheese was melted. As a former employee, I know how my food shouldbe made, and expect my food to be made properly especially when paying a little over 22 dollars. Read more
