Not my first time disappointed at this location. I paid cash and I didn't get a receipt. Got home to fine missing food. What a... hassle I return and was given my food. Again what a hassle to drive home to find missing items. Not Again. Read more

Not bad but could be better. Service is a little slow sometimes and food is pretty good most of the time. With times like they... are I'm willing to overlook the slow service though. Just please take the time to prepare food like it's supposed to be made. Ienjoy taco bell but it seems like lately most Taco Bells have lost their way. Especially the new one in Morganton. It was awfullast week. Don't go there! Read more

Very disappointed in the up-pricing for a chicken taco. They charge full price for a beef taco and add on an additional $1.30 to... substitute the beef for chicken. In essence I paid for beef & chicken but only received the chicken. Not good business strategyto me. Read more

If I could rate this place zero stars I would I've tried to come to this store to order food on my lunch break on three separate... occasions and every time it ends the same way I end up having to leave after waiting for 25 minutes with no food because theycan't seem to process simple orders and get them out the door in a timely fashion. The last time I actually got my food I had toleave Go back to work call them when I left work and come back by to pick my food back up and even notifying them on my waythere so they can have it ready by the time I got there I still ended up waiting 40 minutes before I got my food. If I could give negative stars I would after my experience with the manager on the phone. I call to express concern that the... taco meat that I ate seemed to taste bad and that I wouldn?t want anyone else to get sick from bad meat. I didn?t want my orderremade, I had no intentions of going back tonight. I also expressed that the tacos weren?t made properly and his response was ?oh now we made them wrong and the meat was bad. What exactly do you want me to do about it??. To which said I just didn?t wantthis to happen to anyone else was all I wanted but I didn?t deserve the attitude I got and have zero intentions of getting saidorder fixed or going back. Definitely recommend finding another Taco Bell to go to that may have a more respectful manager. Read more

Waited 18 minutes at drive through, spent $35, Everything was ice cold. I mean literally like the soft tacos (12) came out of... the fridge! Only item that was eat able...Cinnabon puffs. Will never return! Read more

While I'm waiting I hear an employee say to another who was making orders, "If they didn't want to wait then they shouldn't have... ordered". It took 30 minutes to get 2 vegetarian burritos that I ordered online. This place is disgustingly dirty and severlyshort staffed. The staff finally got to my order and it was correct but 30 minutes? I guess the owner is too good to come towork and help these people. Seems horribly wrong to work four people like this. Shameful! The bathroom faucet is broken and theoverall cleanliness is on level NASTY. The reviews have been pointing out the problems here for months and nothing has been doneto remedy any of them. At some point this place will fail inspection due to such poor management. Worst taco bell I've been to.Needs new management or new owner(s). Read more
