Drive thru guy was incredibly rude and trying to rush order. Lady bagging food equally rude and making smart comments while... sitting at drive thru waiting for food. If you have a chip on your shoulder probably shouldn't work in customer service. Read more

Way under staffed. We waited about 20 minutes to get to the counter. We were next but walked out because they didn't have enough... money in the register and the woman working the register had to go and fill the orders. We had been traveling for 6 hours anddecided to go home and eat there. Actually we could have already been home if we hadn't stopped. Traveled through 7 states andthis was the worst. By far one of the worst Wendy's I've ever visited. I don't care how busy you are, there is no excuse for the mess the entire... restaurant was in. Bad choice for lunch in Morgantown. Travel further down the road. Read more

Staff was super nice but service was unbelievably SLOW Took 35-40 mins to get a cheeseburger , 2 fries & 2 10 Piece nuggets.... The people behind us waited in line 20-30 mins themselves. Read more

Short staffed is a understandable reason to not be able to provide food at a pace that is normal in fast food. I believe most... customers would agree. However, there is no reason that the quality of the food should be affected. If I've got the time to waitI've got no problem with waiting due to employee staffing. Today that was the case. They were down to 3 employees (not sure ifthat counted the manager on duty). So I spent over 15 minutes in the drive thur just to get a bag of food that was overcookedand cold. Driving away I reached into the bag to find exactly what I've described in this review. I continued on my journeyhome. I will say I tried my best to eat the food even in the condition it was in I was hungry. I'll come again, cause I likeWendy's and I've been to this place many times in the past and had excellent food and service. I know a lot of this is due tothe circumstances that we've all been faced with over the last couple of years. I only ask this one thing. If this is how thework environment is for now then make quality #1 regardless of the speed/efficiency.
