We ordered at #13. I asked for lettuce on the 3 kids meal burgers. She said to check the screen for accuracy and then pay. (Also... she called me baby at the end of every sentence.) Nothing showed up. I did the call button again and a different personanswered. I told her no order showed up so I didn't put my card in to pay. She said my order was showing up at #12. It was closeto 15 minutes before someone brought out my order. I gave her my card to pay and asked for ketchup. I checked the food and foundno lettuce on the burgers. She brought back my receipt and card with ketchup and I asked her to bring lettuce. While I waited Ichecked my reciept. They overcharged me over $3 total ($1+ of each kids order). I waited for my lettuce that never came and Icouldn't ask about the overcharge. I didn't have time to press the button again and wait as I had to go pick up daughter. Thetopper was that all the food was barely warm. The fries were limp and gross. And the lime slushy tasted terrible, like too muchsyrup. Horrible waste of $30. Read more
Terrible service everytime we come. We waited over 20 minutes dor just ice cream ans cheery limeaides. Theyre always out of... everything. The reeses blast we ordered barely had any reeses. The limeaid we ordered was watered down and they somehow had noice to put in them. They took them back to make them again and somehow came out worse with reused lids while using no gloves. Read more
The past 2 nights we ordered ultimate meat and cheese burritos, the first night they had tomato onion and jalapeños, we called... the 800 number. went back tonight ordered it again and specifically said do not put jalapeños. Make sure there are none. Gethome and they have jalapeños again... ???? so again wasted money. I give up on them. Read more
Well I sat in a slot for well over 10 minutes with my RED button activated but never had my order taken. So I backed out went to... drive thru and sat there for another 10 minutes I even said loudly HELLO 3 times and still. Never got my order taken so I droveaway. Very upsetting honestly, Read more
Unsure why, (assuming low staffed) but my friend ordered food earlier. (A number 10 crispy sandwich) and she never got it as her... 30 min lunch break ran out. I came to this place an hour later and ordered popcorn chicken and asked for her sandwich to take toher that she had paid for and not gotten. 16 mins I get my popcorn chicken and still no sandwich. Furthermore, out of the entirelarge popcorn chicken, there where maybe 4 pieces with chicken in it and the rest was hard deep-fried bread. Another 15ins goneby and no sandwich. When I asked about the sandwich, the lady told me that she had reminded them and they forgot again. Myfriend / co worker has not been able to eat lunch and is pregnant. Thank you to the one person at Sonic that tried to help, butthe other 4 people there, please get it together. Fried bread isn't a meal and neither is air. 1 star, if it could be lower, Iwould. Got my kids and I Sonic Blasts and they were great! We received them from quickly and they had lots of toppings. They cost more... than I remembered :/ but so does everything lately. Read more
If I could give this place 0 STARS I would!! Me and my fiancé stopped by sonic for lunch, and he ordered a coney and some sort... of hot dog that was SUPPOSED to have relish, mustard and ketchup ETC I can?t remember what it was actually called on the menubut, what I?m going for is they gave my fiancé his hot dog just as simple as this!!!!!!! Just a bun and a HOTDOG!!!!! We wasgoing to go back to get a refund as well but I was already half way home and considering I live about 30+ minutes from thissonic!!! I will NOT go back here again! I could only give 3 stars on service due to the fact that once I received my order in drive thru and paid my total that I sat at... the drive thru window for 4 more minutes still waiting for my change. Customers behind me were honking their horns and I tappedon the window and STILL couldn't get anyone to come to the window. I finally pulled away from the window and into a parking spotand had to ask thru the order menu to speak to someone about my change that I was still owed from drive thru... they eventuallycame out (7 minutes later) and I was told the cashier in drive thru "forgot she didn't give me my chance "!!
