New staffing, good attitudes on the new staff. I know this place has had some serious sub-standard issues in the past, but I... definitely think the new staff and management is worth a shot. BK has always been a staple in the area being right by thewindmill, and I personally would hate to see another store that has been here for forever close its doors. The kid that waited on me seemed like he was on drugs or something . I gave my order in the drive thru and after I gave my order... ,he tells me I can't use my bank card ,only cash. I had to go in to order again to use my card. I had to give him my orderseveral times. I'm standing in the lobby with 2 other customers who were waiting for their food. The restaurant was not busy andno one was in there except for 3 kids in the dining room . He was putting sandwiches in bags and then taking them out again .wasvery confused . He asked for help from another kid who came from the dining room to the back. He never washed his hands and wastouching peoples food . My sandwich was still wrong after giving my order several times. Standard Burger King, with plenty of parking and close to major roads. Sandwiches were cold, despite eating in the restaurant.... Fries were hot. Seating area and men's bathroom were not clean enough, in my opinion. Emergency exit was locked. Update 2022:Much improved location now. Everything is clean and well maintained. There was a gentleman whom I can't recall his name for the LIFE of me. But I came in around 5pm on a Saturday evening and he was... clocking out. He made an executive decision upon himself and not only waited on me. But he proceeded to wait on myself and 5-6others. Management, coworkers etc can't train compassion and kindness. He treated us like we were Vice Presidents and CEOs. Veryprofessional and kind. Kudos to you sir. You're appreciated!!! Never have I ever witnessed this at a fast food restaurant. Read more
Absolutely disgusted. The inside was filthy from the entire kitchen, tables, windows, drink kiosk, to the lady dumping my... icecrem cone in the trash and attempting to refill it. The food?s decent, but they take 9 years making it. These guys are constantly closing and reopening because of health and safety... concerns and how on earth am I sure that it was cleaned the 500th time it was reopened? I?d rather not take my chances. Read more
