This winery will surely surprise you in the best ways possible. No offense to the owners but the outside is a bit deceiving but... Believe me they make up for it in their wine! They are different from the standard PA winery - they are actually really good! The best were the kog hill red, cab sav, blackberry, and the reserve Chardonnay is not for the faint of heart but damn it?syummy. Listen here, they have something for everyone, Dry, sweet, semi, sweet, cider, beer and even somewhat of a port. Thegames inside are fun and the outside seating in the sun is very nice. Nice place, cozy and inviting well priced. Wine flavors were not tasteful as described by our party.
This was my favorite spot on the berks county wine trail. I loved the atmosphere. It was walking into a different time. Very... cozy and inviting. I drove over an hour to sample wines and buy several bottles for wine tasting at a party the next day. I called ahead and... emailed and was reassured they would be open. here I am in their parking lot, doors are locked and no one is answering theirphone or email during their open hours.
