They ask for ID then stare at it without scanning for 5 mins while people are in line and tell stories of fake IDs, I don?t... care, give my my product and keep it moving. It?s offensive , my ID is real, scan it and keep it rolling. Will never spend adime at this joke of a business again. Happened every time . I ordered online, my food was wrong and the croissant was hard as a rock like it was microwaved. I reached out to Sheetz and... received no response. I work nearby and had visited Sheetz frequently, with the occasional issue aside (food selection, out ofstock etc...), I would have said this place was fantastic. But due to wasted money on terrible food, I tried the WAWA a shortdistance down the road. I highly recommend avoiding Sheetz, it's not a good value and when they make a mistake they don't care. Ordering food is quick and easy. And thier restrooms are always clean.
The employees who make the food are very unprofessional, very ignorant and always mess up my orders. They charge you for money... for anything extra but yet when you receive your food theres none on it, and when I mention it to them they say its on there.This has happened alot lately. I love the employees of this gas station how ever Sheetz corporate please get it together milkshake don't have ice, they have... ice cream. Also get rid of the paper straws I end up using 4 for a drink. 5 stars to the employees but no stars to cooperate Read more
Clean store. Usually well staffed. But their self-serve coffee tastes terrible.
