I keep trying. Takeout portions are small for the price. Pita was dried out. But, my greatest frustration was the tahini which... is usually my main reason for going. The tahini tasted terrible in a way I can?t describe, thick and pasty, and more sauce thanvegetables. I had to spit out my first bite. Guess it?s time to give up and watch them fade away. Read more

Our experience at this place was awful to say the least. We were just seated when a well dressed gentleman in his 70s (I think)... came up to us and said. ? my apologies I?ve had a stroke and can?t see clearly, but last time an Indian family came and atehere, left $2 tip. Are you that person?. Maybe I am mistaken?. Then he went on to speak with our server and said ? these aredifferent people and they?ll leave a good 15-20% tip? The food had a peculiar smell and tasted bad- even the grilled cheese wasnot good. We left without eating anything, paid in full, left a generous tip ( like we always do). He came up to us saying? waitwait you have two little kids take these crayons? I refused to accept that and left. Racism and bad food - great Friday evening! Read more

Firstly? they close @ 8pm. That doesn?t mean they stop serving @ 8pm but that you?ve to bed GONE by 8pm. That?s very... early. Secondly, the service was not good. The server rarely came over to the table, they only did to take our order, give uswater, and get the check. We shouldn?t need to flag someone down when there were only 2 other groups in the entirerestaurant. Lastly, the food was bad AND overpriced. We ordered a ?pound? of mussels in a wine and butter sauce. It was justbutter and salt, as they either cooked the wine out of it entirely or never added any to begin with? and I say ?pound? becauseit included the shells which is easily 65% or more of the weight. You get maybe 12-15 mussels for $12!! I got phyllo wrappedsalmon for my entrée ? that was more dough than fish. There was much dough that it upset my stomach. They also gave me CANNEDgreen beans on a $21 plate as a side. CANNED. The desserts were also bad. I ordered the choclava, which was baklava with their?signature twist of chocolate?? it was severely UNDERCOOKED phyllo dough with? HERSEYS chocolate sauce poured on top. I know thesmell of cheap chocolate sauce out of a bottle and that?s what the was. Overall, terrible. If y?all want to stay open and notgo bankrupt, take the criticisms and fix them instead of shrugging it off. Awful. It has a nice view though. Read more

Food was good and prices were good. Good portions. The weird guy running around yelling at us was a little bit much. ????

I love finding a restaurant at an airport, and this is one of the best I've found anywhere! Great food that really hit the spot... in the middle of ferrying a helicopter from New York to Ohio. Fast service, and wide views of the runway from pretty mucheverywhere in the dining area. Read more

Arab hospitality is the number one reason I have been coming to Alibaba since 1993. Sadly, our encounter with the owner... yesterday was so vial that he brought my wife to tears. As you can see, the food is beautiful. The tahini had an unexpectedstrong taste. It wasn?t bad, just different. This is a dish we have ordered many times in the past. After a few bites we askedthe waitress to have it replaced with Tabulli. The owner, a handsome, well dressed man in his early seventies brought it to us. He didn?t ask us what our concern was. He began to explain to us that he tasted it, there is nothing wrong with it and he hasbeen making it this way for 52 years. When my wife spoke up to explain it may just be us and not the food, he interrupted herand said ?don?t interrupt me, let me finish!? This was not spoken kindly. He didn?t say ?please may I finish?? He beganranting about a customer who ate 90 percent of the prime rib and complained about it. He went to say normally the customer isalways right but not when they are trying to get a free meal. I tell those customers to pay and leave I don?t need theirbusiness. By this point, I?m not so sure he was mad at us, perhaps he is mad at the world or mad that his business is not doingwell? When he walked off and my warm, and kind wife who only tried to make him feel better by explaining that her request wasnot to be taken as a complaint about the food, was now in tears. Shaken by this encounter, we didn?t finish the meal. We paidthe full amount of the bill and left a good tip. Sadly, looking at the other reports in the comments of the owner?s off-puttingbehavior made during the past year both towards customers and employees, the damage has already been done. This once iconiclandmark of Morgantown won?t be around much longer unless this man has a change of heart and finds a better way to interact withhis cliental and his employees. Sir, I do wish you the very best. You are the custodian of a great Read more

The chefs here really know how to make a delicious meal! All the staff were really friendly and the pretty decorations make for... a nice Middle Eastern experience. Highly recommend the lamb gyro, hummus and the tabbouleh! Read more
