This was absolutely the worst restaurant I have EVER been to. I?m from Florida, so I wanted to go somewhere that we don?t have... here. There was only one other table and the order still took almost an hour. Here?s a couple pictures of their Surf and Turfand cold steak with carrots. There were 7 of us. We didn?t eat, we didn?t pay and we left. My son got chicken tenders and itcame with two burnt, shriveled up pieces of chicken. In my life, I?ve never seen anything like it. We decided to go one evening after visiting a family member in the hospital. When we got there they had some customers and 1... hour & 45 minutes until closing time. However they chose to work on cleaning and closing rather than the customers. Our food wascold like they took it straight from the fridge and put it on the plate. We didn?t get all of it at first either. It wasforgotten and then said it had to be made and they had just popped it in the oven before they brought out other food out. Iended up getting a substitution because of how long everything was taking. Other customers wanted to pay for their bill and noone would pay attention to them at the cash register eventually they had to come back in and stop the lady cleaning and she saidsomeone was at the cash register. Got the whole hog dish, the sausage patties were black and hard the sausage links were burnt and bacon was to hard to eat. Eggs... and pancake and toast were good. My wife's chicken was was dry and tough. Should never have been brought out cook and waitressshould never served this. Very disappointed. Read more
I?ve been a Cracker Barrel gal my whole life, but now I?m Bob Evans fan! Barbara was a fabulous server. She was knowledgeable of... the menu and gave great recommendations. Quick delivery of drinks and checked on us multiple times. She made this wholebreakfast experience an enjoyable one! Will be back again and again. Read more
To start off the gentleman that seated us was very unprofessional and had us wait 5 minutes to be seated. He did not have any... tables cleaned and there were numerous tables open. Finally when we were seated we had asked for a booth. He told us none wereavailable but as you could see he didn't have them cleaned. He could have easily wiped the table down but instead he left withattitude. Upon receiving our food we had to wait and ask for utensils. Then we received uncooked smashed rolls. The restaurant was almost empty yet our food still took forever. The food was okay, although my home fries were a little... undercooked. The service wasn?t great, which I didn?t understand considering it wasn?t busy. Nobody ever checked if we wanteddrink refills and we had to ask for them almost to the end of our meal. Also, I asked for hot sauce when my food came out anddidn?t get it till we were almost ready to leave. Not a great experience. Also, the restroom was a little gross. Read more
Food was "ok", wood floors look like last night was a bar night. They are dirty looking, toilet paer in bathroom on floor ... racked tiles cracked sinks.If you have balance issues floors are uneven ,sloppy in many directions.we were told 10 min wait,dining room was 25% full, i assume staffing issues. The only bright spot of day was our waitress she was great and got tippedaccordingly. We had a gift card. I used to love this resturant..now it was my last time. Food was cold. They said they would remake and would take a couple of minutes. Everyone at the table was finished. The got... dessert finished it and I still didnt get my food. When I did they asked me if I wanted it to go. REALLY!!! Asked for the mgrand after about 10min and the whole party left she came out. Told her the problem and she could of cared less. I should have notpaid a dime for this service and mgr being rude like oh well whatever. Read more
