I hope the general manager will do something with them. I?ve bought the Whooper medium combo. When I came back to my hotel room... a sow that my half of the burger was been eaten by someone. Came back and changed for a new one. They act like it?s normal storyand it was a mistake. How come is it possible? It never happened with me before. Alex McDonald was a manager on duty. Read more

I went through the drive thru around 7:30pm and asked for a kids burger with no sauce. I specifically said no ketchup or mustard... and added that my child is 2 years old and would make a mess. I laughed a little and then waited for an answer confirming thatthe employee was ready for me to continue. After several seconds she said ?so you want a kids burger with just ketchup?? I said?no please no sauce, my son is only 2, he really can?t have sauce, pickles are fine, but no sauce at all? I didn?t want to soundrude but at this point I was a little frustrated because her tone sounded snarky. I went on with the rest of my order and pulledforward. I was polite when I paid and pulled around to the parking lot to check on the order and found that not only had shegiven my son the wrong drink and side (I ordered applesauce and milk and got apple juice and fries) she also gave us a kidsburger that was SMOTHERED in ketchup and mustard. I promptly swung back through and asked to switch them out. She had a smugsmile on her face as she handed me a new burger and applesauce. I have no doubt this was done on purpose and I?m embarrassed onbehalf of this restaurant that they would allow their employee to intentionally screw up a 2 year old?s meal. Went thru the drive thru yesterday for a milkshake and got half a milkshake. The woman closed the window and walked away, I was... in a hurry and couldn't go in to complain. I won't be back there again. Read more

The food was like burger King normally is,, just good enough to not immediately demand a refund. The chicken nuggets and fries... had obviously been sitting quite awhile, same with the fries and jalapeno bites. The burgers are always okay. The service wasslow, but at least it was done with a smile, the redeeming factor to being it from 2 to 3 stars. Overall a subpar experience ata huge fast food change so nothing unexpected. Read more

Although I love the burgers so much here, every burger king I've gone to has been so severely understaffed, that the lines are... always slow. I will wait patiently for a whopper because they are my favorite ,but burgers taste better when they aren't saltedwith the tears of your stressed out employees. Read more
