Sat in line for 10 minutes and then at the window for nearly 15. I finally told them I needed my food or a refund because I had... to leave. They said sorry and that they had to make the burgers fresh. Total lie, the burgers were barely warm, cheese hadn'teven melted so they were cold when put together. Not the first time I've had issues here, won't be back for a long time. Read more

Their staff are great, the food is hit and miss. Mostly good, though. They've gotten our order mixed up quite a few times

Gentleman working the counter plus drive thru alone with one cook in the back. Of course management was out in the dining room... working on paperwork. Wasn't really busy in dining room drive thru was about 4 cars deep at the time. Read more

Seriously the worst customer service! We arrived at around 2pm, the drive through line was long so my son and I went inside. No... one was at the counter but some shouted from the back, "It's going to be a while." When a woman came to help us she rolled hereyes, sighed, and said "what do you want" in a seriously rude tone of voice. We placed our order then stood aside to wait. Thewoman disappeared as a line grew. Another woman angrily picked up stuff from the floor and then packaged up people's foodwithout washing her hands. When we finally got our food, which I watched as it sat under the warming lamp for 5 minutes or more,my son's burger had cheese on it after I had asked for no cheese due to an allergy. I let them know it was incorrect, the womanwho helped us finally came back and shouted at us multiple times that she "never heard" me ask for no cheese. Also when we gothome our onion rings were cold and inedible. Seriously the worst service and we will definitely not be back. I will drive toWestover next time. Read more

we went here to order on friday evening (04.22.22). the service was impeccable? the only downfall is that there was only one... person running the app, drivethrough, and kitchen. they were amazing, but we're severely upset with the higherups/managers forallowing this person to work alone and become backed up. they apologized if there was any wait and seemed to be stressed out.please, burger king, care about employee health. or close if you genuinely can not find enough staff. the worker gets 5 stars,but burger king does not. they (the worker) was amazing nonetheless Read more

Ordered at 930 pm. It seemed only 1 individual was working. Ordered the new Whopper Melt with cheese sticks and fries. I was... informed that they were out of fries and offered onion rings as a substitute. The rings were cold and inedible. The cheesesticks were slightly warm but not "melty". The whopper Melt was perfectly made and was delicious. I did not complain about therings or motz sticks bc I understand how understaffed everywhere in Sabraton is. This store is newly renovated, and I don'tunderstand how they could be "out" of fries or the individual did not feel like dropping fries bc it would require cleaning thefrier again afterwards.
